I went for a trim/cut, I asked for 1 and a half inches or two inches tops. When she was done she told me she did 3 inches because it still had split ends... that’s NOT what I asked for and it wasn’t her call to take advantage of my hair and she didn’t ask or tell me she was going for 3 inches. So I went home and cried.
