Beware the mounting costs without consult. Incredibly overpriced. Unimpressed with the argumentative nature of the stylist. Having heard this was a top quality establishment I was surprised with the average service we experienced, there are many places in the area you can get better and more professional service. We tried to resolve the issue but sadly were unable to achieve that goal.

Vince is the best stylist in the area. If you have thick hair and need a good cut, he's your man. Vince is also a great colorist. I have been his client for over 40 years.

Best Haircuts I have ever received in my life are from Kelsey. Setting is classy and quiet and relaxing to read or chat if you wish. Coffee is offered or can be requested free of charge. Spa on the same location which I plan to visit.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. BEWARE FUTURE CUSTOMERS!! Owners/management are scam artists. The owner broke my ring and they took accountability for it, said they would pay to repair it in full and turned around being extremely rude and only paid $150. Terrible service, my entire family and friends will never return.

Been going to this salon for over two years with no bad experience but one. I went in with two reference pictures and did not get anything close to what we had agreed upon. I explained how I felt my hair was dead and wanted to go darker. The stylist ended up bleaching my hair with foils. My foils were uneven, I had thick and thin foils and bleach bleed. I went back the same Day with my complaints and was told to come back another day to add more foils and bleach. I was so unhappy I called back the next day to speak to the owner with him also telling me to come in for my scheduled appointment. When I went back the owner came over looking at my hair brushing it every which way. He then said that there was nothing wrong with my hair and if I want it to get fixed I would have to pay. I had already paid $244 and was not happy and unable to wear my down and have been in a hat I showed him all the picture I took of my hair showing how bad the application was with him telling me that he can’t tell by a picture but he see nothing wrong with my hair. My hair ended up getting fix with no charge. I would not recommend this salon nor will I ever go back.

3rd time coming here and still no luck. So much attitude and I’m pretty sure they are racist. I can’t support business who still can’t respect their customers because of their colour. The owner acts as if he is above me. Rude man. Absolutely disgusting place.
