Extremely disappointed. I booked an appointment for today (Dec 24th) about 3 weeks ago and made sure to ask that they would be open to which she assured me they would be. I just got to my nail appointment to find them closed and not so much as a call to ask if I would like to reschedule or to tell me that, in fact, they would closed and I could make other arrangements. Merry Christmas to me I guess!

I give them 0 stars, 1 star is way too much. Rude staff, waited over an hour for my appointment and when I proceeded to leave, the entire staff went back and forth with me. I would highly suggest no one going here as they will waste your time and give you attitude. Another client mentioned they do this all the time as they always overbook. A family business run terribly.

For the second time in two attempted visits, I had scheduled appointments, the first time I had to wait over 30 minutes and today I was asked to come back in about 20 minutes. The pedicures have been good but I had gel nails done last time and they started peeling in less than a week.

They do a great job. However since it reopened their prices have gone up about 40%. I understand COVID has hit businesses but we are all affected. It would be a shame if clients stop getting their nails done because of such an increase.
