What a great experience. Kaitlyn is a great hair dresser and very cordial. Reasonable prices and very clean shop. Ladies and gentlemen welcome.. Kids too! Parking right out front. Call for appointment but they will accept walk-ins. Masks required.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This was my worst hair experience ever. I have very thin, fragile hair and the hairdresser had the bright idea to do my highlights by teasing my hair before foiling and bleaching it. I’ve never ever had highlights like this before, and it absolutely destroyed my hair! I felt like this was a terrible approach, I was cringing in the chair as she was doing it but was too polite to say anything. I really regret not telling her to stop. It doesn’t take a genius to realize if you tease thin, fragile hair before applying bleach the outcome won’t be good. I now have some bald patches throughout my head, and it’s very noticeable at the front. Also, they use these stupid ring lights in the salon to trick you into thinking your hair looks nice and much brighter than it actually is. Originally I was quite happy seeing my hair under that light, until I stepped out into normal light. Immediately I was unhappy. My hair literally didn’t look any different than when I walked in, except for the new bald patches. I have dark blonde hair that is very easy to highlight, so I am shocked and disgusted with this hairdresser. They charged me $200 dollars to lose patches of my hair, suffer from breakage, and walk out of there with no highlights. What a waste of time and money! Don’t go there!

Absolutely love this place! My son's and my hair always look fantastic after going there. I highly recommend the homemade hair scrunchies. I own a restaurant and need to put my hair up all day. When I take it out not a single stand ever comes out with it.

First time in this establishment, I was in town (I live in barrie) and I decided to get a hair cut finally and Kaitlyn did an amazing job. I’ve never been so satisfied and beyond impressed with the way my beard turned out. I mean the hair is off the charts as well but the beard is always my main concern. Best place for a guy to get a extra crispy tight fade. Extraordinary skills with coloring for the gals. An all around upbeat great vibe shop for all ages. This was the worst hair cut I have ever experienced in my life! I left crying I had beautiful long hair and asked for a trim with curtain bangs. The lady cut over 7 inches off my hair and it's a complete hack job. I will never ever go back to that salon let alone recommend anyone else to go there.

Shona was wonderful with my hair cut today! I went from long hair to nice and short! She took about 7 inches off and I love it! Very clean and friendly atmosphere. She also cut my daughter’s hair and was super sweet with her. She got to sit in one of their fancy car chairs. Shona also curled and added a fancy glitter hair spay which my 4 year old loved. 10/10 would recommend Shona! She was great!
