I went to this salon not to long ago and I asked for a light brown balayage and when I left the salon I had white and yellow hair !!!! Not only did it look horrible, MY HAIR STARTED TO FALL OUT !! I am mortified on how my hair turned out. For another example I asked for long layers (because my hair is very long) and she hacked most of my hair off. Yes hacked. The worst part about this experience is that the owner of the store was the one who did my hair. The only positive thing I can say is she did refund me. But my advice is the skip the night mare and just go somewhere else.

I've had some changes in my hair lately which has made me extra nervous to go get it cut. Deanna was wonderful dealing with my anxious state as I told her I've got thinning hair that has suddenly gone curly on me...and it's to my bum. I needed her to try and save the length while cleaning it all up and she did just that. Definitely go here if you are finicky with your hair like me!! I also saw someone else's hair dye as they were finishing up and it was beautiful. Thanks so much ladies!

My wife came home crying after getting the worst hair cut ever by Deanne. I told her it looked great but it was dreadful. 1 star is more than she deserved and my wife tipped her $20.00 after because she didn't want Deanne to feel bad, because she was crying in front of her.

Cheryl was great. Very professional. Had me come in before appointment so she could check my hair to make sure the texture, previous dye, etc. were suitable for the style I wanted. Came back a few days later and hair was done perfectly. Nice ambiance, seemed busy with regular clients.

I went here for the first time!!... was not very impressed I stood there for at least 10 minutes with people looking at me like I had 5 heads,someone finally asked who I was looking for I told her Deanne, she told me to sit in the waiting room Deanne would be right with me!...I sat there for at least 15 minutes before Deanne told me she would be right with me...I should have left then feeling very uncomfortable....Deanne finally told me to sit in her chair my apoint mentioned was 3:30 aND it was going on 4 pm.....I told her exactly what I wanted she is like Okay!...I wanted lowlights with a choppy chunky hair style...oh boy after her telling me to slouch in my chair so she could do the front foils because her back was sore. (Very uncomfortable for me sitting that way) never had a hair dresser tell me to do that!!!!!..then after the wait for the dye to set in,off to sink we go, not being able to sit me back properly, not being able to wash my hair sitting me on a cushion still having problems with washing I'm NOT THAT FRICKEN SHORT!! Never ever ever having another hairdresser having problem with washing my hair because I'm short!!! ...no conditioner or toner ...quickly putting my hair in a towel and off to the worst hair cut I've ever had...Thank for screwing up my hair and charging me 100 dollars for making me feel uncomfortable....never again will I step foot in that salon!!!
