While in for a colour and cut appointment, I watched 3 of the salon professionals assist a walk-in client with badly damaged hair who was looking for a little help before an interview. It was great to see all the support the salon members gave to a perfect stranger, they worked as a team to repair the hair, and sent the young lady to her interview a new person and cheered for her success. The extra kindness shown is exactly what our world needs right now.

My wife booked appointment here... On call they said $20 for arm wax... But they charge $35.. no complaint about service.. but disappointed with wrong information..

She is passionate about her industry and works tirelessly to stay ahead of trends. It is hard for me to imagine going anywhere else other than Red Velvet because of the experiences I have had with Kole and her team.

The ladies are great to their customers, giving them a nice, comfy area to wait before your appointment. Free cup of coffee to sit with and drink while you wait. They have always been personable and friendly, professional and precise and I would recommend this place whether you're getting a buzzcut or an entirely new head of hair!
