Taylor at Bratt Pack is the best at blonde amd extensions!!!! She delivers everytime because she takes her time and listens to what you want but adds her own touch to achieve the color and style your wanting. She makes my extensions look so natural and tells me how to look after them so they last. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond each time I come In. The salon atmosphere is great, a real team of professionals and always friendly with good customer service! Mel at the front is always making everyone smile and feel So welcome. Can’t say enough good things about the Bratt Pack…. All around 5 star review from this lady!

After switching my hairdresser of 5 years recently I was a little nervous going into a new salon. But I can honestly say the Bratt Pak team blown me away. The place was so clean and everyone was so friendly. I had made an appointment with Grace because many other people had recommended her to me. She was very polite and understood my concerns when it came to my hair. We had nice conversations. I've been to her twice already for cut and colour and she's an awesome professional girl. I would recommend the place to anyone who was thinking about changing Salons.

Julie has been cutting my hair since I was a teenager. I moved three hours away, but still make the trip when I need a hair cut - she’s that good. The whole staff at Bratt Pak are friendly, attentive, and professional. They make recommendations but are never pushy or pressuring. Most of the time I don’t even know what I want in terms of cut, colour, or style - i just sit in Julie’s chair and give her free reign. That’s how much I trust her. I’ve loved it every time. She knows my hair, and me, and always chooses something that works for me. I will keep making that drive for a haircut, and would highly recommend Bratt Pak, and Julie specifically.

I went for a balayage treatment and had a wonderful experience with Brianna. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. Even though I wasn’t able to articulate exactly what I wanted, she was able to honestly read my mind! This is the happiest I’ve ever been with my new cut and colour! I am recommending her to everyone I know! She also did a moisturizer treatment as well and my hair is the softest it’s ever been

Took my VERY anxious toddler to Bratt Pak and everyone was so kind and understanding. They let us wait in a room on our own so he could run around a bit and have a place to calm down. Breanna was so sweet but he wouldn’t let her touch him. Then Kim came and did what she could and she was so good with him. He still got very upset and didn’t let her do much, but they both were so kind and patient and did their best. So grateful for this first experience taking him to the salon.

Elizabeth did a great job on my hair. It was fun chatting with her and she is professional with her work. She was honest about what haircut I should go for and she did an amazing job and I can say this is best haircut I ever got. It was a girls outing day and we all wanted a change. They were super nice about scheduling us all at the same time. My 2 other friends were satisfied with their haircuts, I don't recall the names who did their hair, but everyone was super friendly. BEST HAIR SALON IN TOWN! I WOULD RECOMMEND ELIZABETH.
