I changed my review. First experience wasn't bad, I brought my autistic daughter in for a haircut. Went well, and the young lady was very quiet and professional. I went for highlights and a cut later and the same quiet young lady did a very good job. Thus the reason I had written a merited review. Putting 4 stars. The last time I went really sucked. The owner just finished with a client, but wasn't happy with what her client had chosen for a style or colour or whatever.... and she wouldnt stop talking about it and judging and laughing about the client after she had left. A different lady was doing my hair, and she was also laughing and judging this customer.... so much she wasn't paying attention. The dye had leaked, and the top of my head was white. It's been 6 months, and my hair still hasn't recovered. I will never go back there, I can forgive the bad job that was done on my hair.... but not the way the owner judges her clients openly in front of other clients.... toxic environment. I hope that poor lady has found a better hairdresser.

Sur le côté il me restait des couettes de cheveux, sur le top elle avait a peine toucher avec ces ciseaux et c'était très inégale, aucun dégradé et croche, j'avais des "trou" sur la tête au endroit couper avec le ciseau. Rendu a la maison, je me suis rasé la tête au #1. Résultats perdu 25$ pour me rasé la tête moi même pour un plus beau résultat
