About the Prom Package contest prize. Jessica's hair was good (although the excessive hair spray made her hair look like it was covered by a spider web), eyelashes were great and nails were ok ( her cuticles are a mess). I completely understand Brenda was unable to do her make up, but since it was part of the prize package, an alternative arrangements should have been offered. Even when she asked about having a design put on her nails, she should have been accommodated and not told how much it would cost. Very disappointed in the attitude of Urban Hair on the whole situation.

I go to get my eyelashes done and Chelsea is one of the sweetest ladies i have ever met, and my eyelashes always look amazing! I cant speak much on the hair part but the building is always clean and stylish, and smells great! The other ladies yet only met for a minute, seem very polite and kind as well.

Earlier this week (Monday) I schedule my appointment for a cut, shampoo and style with Urban Hair. At the time of my booking I informed them that I had a team buy coupon for this appointment. When I arrived Friday for my cut I was informed that they were no long accepting team buy items and that I would have to pay for my cut. I was also told that I would have to contact Team buy for my refund. The customer service was not only low but she was not concerned for any inconvenience that I had been placed in. I will not be recommending them to anyone

I tried using a at home hair stripper and re dyed my hair. Well did I ever screw up. So I made an apt at urban hair and they told me upfront what might have to be done and a est of the cost for different procedures. Ashley fixed me up and I am very happy. Will be going back.
