Went in for a full medium brown color. Few days after having it done, the roots of my hair turned orange/pink. While the rest of my hair was the brown. Found out different shades were mixed and put in when it should have just been one solid brown color mix. I went in for a refund and have them look at my hair. They completely denied it being a different color at the roots and said it looked "ok" to them. Even though I have had random people point out my roots of my hair being different. I was asked to send in pictures but unfortunately you cannot tell in just pictures, so again they denied the refund. I would NOT NOT NOT recommend this place even to my worst enemy. I would suggest going to a more professional salon like the Head Shoppe or Chatters salon. Only go to this place if you are ready for disappointment!

this is the best hair salon you could go to, for a cut or for a change of colour.... came in with dead, ugly, disgusting, orange hair and left with beautiful healthy soft gorgeous hair exactly what i asked for, i have been trying to get this colour blonde hair for 2 years now and nobody ever got it but courtney patterson put her time and work into my mess of a hair and made it gorgeous so if i could id rate it 10 stars. defiantly a place i would strongly suggest to go to.

I scheduled my holiday hair appointment 10 weeks in advance and 2 days prior I called for unrelated thing to be told I did not have an appointment because the stylist left 6 weeks prior. They never bothered to schedule with someone else or look back in the book for my phone number ????

Amazing experience. Anne Marie was friendly and made me feel completely at ease. I have anxiety issues but the environment is warm and welcoming. The cut and color are amazing. Will definitely go there again!
