I find they don't have accurate appointment times. Every time I've taken my kids, we've had to wait 20 minutes past the appointment time. It wouldn't be so bad if they had chairs we could sit in but we just awkwardly stand in the tiny lobby. The stylists are great and very friendly.

Very friendly staff who listen to client needs, not afraid to offer suggestions based on their experience but the customer is always right at Personal Image. Always welcomed with an offer of a coffee or tea, with complementary wash after the cut. I consistently come out looking exactly as I want to, and with a smile. Special shout out to Victoria Seymour, they're all wonderfully nice ladies but V is the one I see most often.

First time there and I feel I was charged a lot more than other places I have been to get my hair done. The hairdresser didn't seem to understand what I wanted. I don't like the cut and the colour had to be redone because it wasn't what I wanted. I spent 4 hours and alot of money for something I really don't like. *Edit* I will say that I spoke with the manager and they did get me in with another stylist to try to salvage the hair and gave me a gift for the unfortunate cut. It was very nice of them to take that consideration and help out. However, I wish it didn't have to get to that.

This is the only place I go to get my hair cut! Katie is awesome – I've been going to her for years. She is incredibly friendly and kind, and she works hard to make sure you're happy with the end result. I've also had many of the other ladies there cut my hair, and everyone is very nice and really good at what they do. I strongly recommend this place to anyone in need of a good-quality haircut with amazing service! :)
