Andrew is the best artist in the world and I swear by it !! He was able to turn my dark level 2 hair into blonde level 10 like magic . I never thought I could go blonde until I met Andrew. I just had a wonderful experience at the Flaunt Hair Salon. I am a Mom of two young kids and I have entirely neglected my hair for the past 5 years. I came to the Flaunt Salon looking for some help and some pampering. I had a wonderful experience with Michael Hinchey. I told him a little bit about myself and asked his advice about the cut. He gave me a beautiful and dramatically different cut that will be really easy for me to manage. He also made a recommendation for highlights which really brightened my hair up. I could not be happier. I feel like the look makes me look a decade younger. Thanks a million Michael - I will be back!

I have now had two haircuts with Mike and have been thrilled with both! He took the time to understand what I wanted in a hairstyle, and I felt like we were totally on the same page without even needing to show pictures. He has also gently swayed me away from less than stellar ideas (you mean, blond highlights in my rich, reddish brown hair will always go brassy?) and seems to genuinely love what he does. Highly recommend.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a hair salon. I have anxiety when it comes to getting anything done with my hair however Martaine, made that anxiety go away as soon as I walked in. She gave me exactly what I wanted done with my hair. I'm from Ontario and am new to Halifax, so I was nervous to try out a new hair place. I went to Flaunt Hair Salon today and am so happy with my choice! I had Michael Hinchey and he was so amazing! I got a cut and foils and he was so professional and amazing my hair turned out even better than I was expecting. The salon was so clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing and calm. I asked Michael to get rid of an outdated balayage and he transformed me into a smokin brunette....I feel like a new person! Great decor and even greater service. Price was slightly higher than say a mall salon but I think worth every penny. I like being able to book online with their website although I couldn't seem to cancel an appointment that I booked incorrectly and had to call them. I shall be back!

If you don't check out Flaunt Salon, all I can say is you are depriving yourself! Flaunt is so quaint! Built in an old Victorian Home.
