Went in on my birthday to have my hair done by Nicole. I made sure to show her a picture of what I was looking to have done before she started. She assured me that she could do what I had asked to have done.
7 hours later, and almost missing out on my planned family dinner with my kids, I left looking nothing like the hair style I had asked for. My cut was copy and looked like a child had cut it, my dye job was horrible and all in all I was so upset by my experience I didn't knew what to do.
I spoke with the owner Chris who promised to issue my refund and attempt to fix my hair.
4 days later I went in to have my hair fixed by Chris himself. In order to try to correct the disaster my hair was, I agreed to go with a very basic all over color. The color correction he did was better than what Nicole had done, however I was told the lower portion of my hair would end up the same color as the top after a few days, which didn't happen.
So I ended up sending 11 hours, and $100 on a dye job I could have done at home with a $10 box dye in under an hour. And losing quite a bit of length off my hair which I had said was the opposite of what I wanted.
I was told by Chris I would have to wait till the following Thursday for my refund as the last who issues refunds was off work sick. I was fine with that. Till Thursday turned to Saturday, then to Monday and then Chris got extremely rude with me, almost blaming me for the problems and finally just blatantly ignoring me. It's now been 2 weeks since I was promised a refund and I have yet to receive it! At this point it's mostly the principle of the matter and I'm considering going to small claims court and getting more than just the $100 back!
And to add to it all while looking up this business with the BBC ( where it isn't listed btw) I found out that Mr Cromwell was charged with fraud for not claiming all of his business income!
Bottom line, do not do business here! Take your hair to someone who knows what they are doing! It's not worth the headache or the bad hair!
