Staff didn't listen to what I wanted and after 4 times of having to come back to get it right, I am then put to the bottom of the recall list because the person who cut my hair is off. Not professional at all and a very arrogant telling me I should find another place to go.

The decor was lovely but can't say I am happy about the service. No scalp massage with the shampoo, I had to go back and get another stylist to fix my bangs. I also left with half styled soaking wet hair. I was not offered product or asked about rebooking. After waiting 2 years because of covid to get a haircut I was really looking forward to the salon experience and I have to say I left very disappointed.
