Really nice concept I like it. Owner very caring of his clientele and aware if improvement is needed. After an unfortunate misunderstanding he called me and personally listened to the situation and did his best to correct it (no discounted or anything) but suggested another appointment in another station which is appreciated. I strongly suggest to double check the employee before cutting your hair. Also there's many specifications on their web so take the time to read it. Men are probably use to pay less for their haircut but for women is very expensive nothing under 20$ (prices often goes depending on the length of the hair) especially without an appointment.

Really fast service, 10 minuets as they advertised but sometimes it means you won’t get a nice haircut (at least not the one you had in mind). I got a haircut there (3 times), the first time was good but the other 2 times, my hair was not even cut with the same sizes in the both sides. Although I always asked very simple hair style but he never spent enough time to make a nice hair cut. The one week guarantee is ridiculous! How is it even possible to repair a bad haircut when you no longer have the long hairs? Maybe you can completely shave it !! It will take 1 month to grow back your hair not 1 week and if they really care about the quality of their job, they should do it correctly in the first place. Price is regular also, 19$ after taxes and tip. You can book a time and choose the hairdresser you want online and get about 1$ discount but anyway at the end of the day you will pay 18$-19$ which is the same price for most of the salons in Montreal with professional staff.

WOW.. this salon cuts your hair in 5 mins REALLY FAST and vaccum for 5 sec. I went there 3 times. Haircut was okay the first time but the lady refuses to speak anything but french and speaks english when has to ask something abt the hiracut. Rest 2 times the side locks were cut to different length. They leave it half way through on top of ears for you to fix at home. The hair length is also not as you expect and there is no hair style left after the cut. Basic hair cut costs 17$ including tax. spend few dollars more but spare yourself from a bad haircut.

I’ve been there multiple times and my hairdresser (Kamille - 5 stars) is very good at her job, but not every hairdresser is for everyone. Once I had my hair cut by another employee because my usual hairdresser is fully booked for the day. Worst decision I made that day. *HE* did a very poor job, rushing it and wasn’t putting much effort. I will have to go back for the 7 day satisfaction guarantee. The end of the story is that each hairdresser performs differently at Station10 and sometimes we need to try one or two different hairdresser before finding the good fit. I found mine, have you?
