The hairstylist seems to have a lot of talent in light balayage, but frankly he doesn't care about the client's demands. They suggested that I come back to the show to add more for free ... But there it was, I didn't feel confident at all. I wanted a partial refund, but the owner wouldn't. I would like to remind the owner that beyond pennies, customer service also means that if a customer asks for something that is impossible, these professional people will say so. Since I had already been to the salon, the hairdresser was very familiar with my hair type and thickness. Afterwards, they defended themselves by telling me that it was impossible to do this color in my hair for only $ 300 ... I have already done an evaluation by another hairdresser ... To be continued ... I strongly advise against this establishment. (Original) Dans une délais de 1 ans , je suis allé au salon a 2 reprises. Les 2 fois , j’ai demandé la meme chose ( voir photo ) la premieres fois , je suis sortie avec un balayage blond tres subtile. Ayant demandé au coiffeur quelques chose de naturel , j’ai cru m’avoir mal exprimer et j’ai laissé passé malgré ma déception... J’y suis retournée cette semaine , j’ai fait la meme demande et j’ai été tres claire avec le coiffeur sur mes attente et aussi , sur ma déception de la premiere fois ( en lui montrant une photo de ce qu’il avait fait ) . J’ai demander un budget approximatif , il m’a répondu 300$ . Je lui est dit que si sa dépassais un peut de me le dire. Après 4 heure au salon , je suis encore repartie avec un balayage blond TRÈS SUPTILE ( voir photo ) .... Je n’es pas l’habitude de prendre le temps de rédiger des avis , mais la je me sent obliger de vous prévenir .... Le coiffeur semble avoir beaucoup de talent dans les balayage léger , mais sincèrement , il n’a aucune consideration pour les demande du client. Ils m’ont proposer de revenir au salon pour en rajouter gratuitement ... Mais rendu la , je ne me sentais plus du tout en confiance. Je voulais un remboursement partiel , mais la propriétaire n’a pas voulue. Je tiens à rappeler au propriétaire qu’au delà des sous , le service client , sa veut aussi dire que si un client demande quelques chose d’impossible , ces au professionnelle de le dire . Comme j’étais déjà aller au salon , le coiffeur connaissait bien mon type de cheveux et mon épaisseur. Après coup , ils se sont défendu a me disant qu’il était impossible de faire cette couleur , dans mes cheveux pour seulement 300 $ ... J’ai déjà fait une évaluation par un autre coiffeur ... À suivre ... Je vous déconseille fortement cette établissement.
