Excellent service and excellent results! My wife and I got cuts here and are now sad we don't live in London. Our hairdresser Callie was extremely friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I haven't been this happy with a haircut in years, maybe ever. My wife is similarly delighted- she went in wanting to try something different and is over the moon with the results. Callie was very good about explaining everything she did, struck a good balance between small talk and just working, and helped guide my wife to a great sustainable new look that took into account her hair type and lifestyle. My cut is similarly handsome but easily maintained and managed to make my usual cut look exciting and new. I can't recommend the Hair Shoppe and Callie in particular enough. And their prices are on their website! Very reasonable!

Horrendous cut and colour job. My friend made this review on Facebook; a comment was made on it to email them as they apologize and express that this is not the level of service they provide. Unfortunately, they never responded to the email. Though I never requested reimbursement of any type, I had hoped as an establishment that provided such a negative experience they would care that I was unhappy and offer any type of solution (partial reimbursement, cover up colour, toner, fix their bad cutting job, anything. Instead I feel as though my money was just taken with a “too bad” type of response. Very pricy and disappointing experience.

Connie, Maria and Julia are true and genuine artists. They have excellent rapport with their clients and give the right cut and style and colour to match their clients personality and leave their clients feeling confident and relaxed and above all Happy! I had an appointment June 18th, 2020 and I can say without a doubt they have went above and beyond with having the Covid 19 safety protocols in place to ensure that both the clients and staff can feel completely safe coming in and have that same amazing experience!
