I had been looking for a new stylist for quite awhile. My daughter has had her colour and cut done by Greg. I saw him for the first time last week (October). Greg listens. Greg does what you ask him to do. He also adds his own creativity, but it is a collaboration and he is very respectful. The colour is amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend Greg to anyone I know. Thank you Greg.

I work at the hospital, and I can see now why so many of the doctors go to Suki. Suki was wonderful and I’m very happy with my haircut. I have a LOT of hair (and a big head), so it’s often hard to get a short cut that looks flattering.

In my opinion, Suki is top notch. He always gives me exactly what I want. They never try to upsell me on anything - they give me what I need. If I need more, they don't surcharge me anything. The place makes me feel like I'm a superstar.

I was referred to Suki after having been to multiple barber shops and never feeling like I got a good quality haircut. When I first met Suki, he was very friendly and welcoming. He was very professional and methodical when cutting my hair. I could see that he was very keen on all the small details to ensure that the cut was up to his high standard of level. Throughout the haircut, we shared many great stories and I learned the history behind his successful business. It was a very enjoyable experience and I was very impressed with the modern look both on the exterior and the interior of the salon. I would not hesitate to recommend Suki's salon to others and I will definitely be returning in the near future.

This is my favourite salon in downtown London. I find everyone is very professional and friendly, and happy to accomodate you (and on top of it, they're great stylists, the colour always looks perfect and the pricing is fair). I would definitely recommend this salon.

I write this review in regards to my wife who booked the hair dressers this salon. This impacted me because I had to take time off work to stay with 2 small kids in a car waiting for her. Therefore I decided to leave a review as well. LONG STORY SHORT: Appointment for my wife was booked for 10:00 a.m. We arrived on time, even 10 min earlier. After 30 minutes my wife messaged me that they messed up with a schedule and she was still waiting to have a haircut. After a while they accepted her and started to wash her hair first. While having her hair washed she noticed that they took 2 people in front of her who just walked in. And they told her to wait with her wet hair while they took care of those other 2 people. My wife decided not to wait a minute more and told them she is leaving. Overall she wasted 1 hour and nothing was done, while I was still waiting for her and 2 kids getting tired and screaming. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND STAFF...

Raymond needs to be fired! He is not a stylist and does not listen to the customers request. He cut my daughters hair way too short and completely uneven. My 4 year old daughter would have done better. NOONE GET A HAIRCUT BY RAYMOND!

I was a little nervous after reading some of the negative reviews about Raymond. However, I ended up very impressed with my highlights and cut, and even more so, the extra time and care he put into listening to what I wanted, devising a plan of action, and putting me at ease by demonstrating that we were on the same page. On top of all of that, Raymond was a delightful and interesting person to chat with. I will likely be a repeat customer.

I'm not sure why so many reviewers are complaining about Raymond, he was very professional and explained everything he was doing while trimming my hair. My trim was a little shorter than I'd have liked, but maybe I didn't communicate exactly what I wanted effectively. Regardless, my hair feels healthy and it was an even cut.

On the day we were engaged, before picking her up in a rented limo, I purchased for my wife a 1-day all-out treatment at Suki's. Starting in the morning she had the massage, the manipedi, her hair done, makeup done, the whole pamper treatment - even fresh-squeezed orange juice I think she said. Fast forward 23 years later and after being out of town 15 years, we are back and just both had our hair done at Suki's and by Suki. I don't know anything about the Raymond mentioned here, but let me tell you this place still has the same A1+ customer treatment they had back then and the haircuts my wife and I just got from Suki after all these years was still outstanding. Easily matching anything in Yorkville in Toronto and in my opinion my wife just got the best hair style since our wedding day. She looks gorgeous! And the haircut I just got was the best I've had since leaving London. I am someone who feels that your hair says a great deal about you and I don't think it's the place you want to save a few dollars. Suki is the best VALUE in town. Anyone here complaining about Raymond should go back and specifically ask for Suki. As an establishment Suki's matches anything in the ritzy places of Toronto but is still affordable and Suki is a guru when it comes to cutting hair.

I am new the the area so I had to go to a few different places until I found “the one” at Suki Salon. Not only is the owner, Suki, so incredibly kind and professional, but the rest of the staff is too. My hairdresser, Kiana, is fabulous. She always consults me with what I’m asking for and executes the cut and the colour perfectly. I always leave feeling confident and beautiful. The continue to add additional services and upgrades to the salon. 5 stars because this place, and the staff, deserve it.

Got a couple of great Groupons for facials. The staff that did was great. She was veru knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling is an issue here Not open Mondays and as I come from out of town, I can only schedule appointments after a holiday Monday as I only come to London once a week for a medical appointment. Appointment always starts late, have waitec up to 30 minutes. Always would call with a remind. Didn't last time I booked. Had to change my appointment on the recommendation of the staff. Didn't remember to mark it down. Figured they'd call. They didn't until an hour before the appointment. No way to get there in time. Guy as the phone was rude and argumentative. Haven't been back. Parking is expensive.

If you're looking for friendly staff and highly trained colorists, I would highly recommend going to Suki. I have had nothing but terrible experiences over the last few years since moving to London but Suki and his team have restored my faith in going to a professional instead of using boxed colour!

It’s unfortunate to see this amount of lies in this reply for a supposedly reputed Salon like Suki We did begin highlights in Feb 2020 where my hair changed from black as you say to highlights ashy tone, as I was told my second session which was in June 2020 was supposed to be lighter given the amount of time spent and amount of bleach used which ultimately damaged my hair completely and I DID tell Kiana at the time that my hair wasn’t supposed to turn like this and she said it will fade out which it did not. I called after my first shower after my second session being June 2020 and spoke to SUKI himself where I explained to him that my hair almost all of it fell and the light hairs were basically melting in my hands as I brushed my hair, he said he was sorry this happened and that I should wait a few months and come back to him personally and he would do it to me for half the price and that didn’t happen. I have done my hair now and thanks God it wasn’t at Suki I did my hair for 180.00 and its colour turned out great and the hair specialist that did my hair did note how damaged it was from previous sessions which were done at SUKI I have also waited on my new treatment to see if I would experience the same damage and hair falling that I saw after the work I got done at Suki and luckily that didn’t occur, nor did I have hairs that were melting in my hands as they fall off. Apparently, I was not treated right nor was the specialist that did my hair carful and mindful of my hair which caused all this damage. Attached below is a picture of my hair now In regard to your response, I will disregard it as the effects of denying that I have basically got my hair ruined at your place won’t affect me anymore because my hair has luckily recovered from the damage that was caused to me but will affect your business as I won’t be only one to review. I got a Groupon from my work for a Mani Pedi and it was awesome. I came in exhausted and was worried because I have had terrible experiences with salons and spas in the past. Delila did my Mani and Pedi. She was super nice, very informative, and very thorough. Even though I came in looking like a mess she made me feel comfortable. She gave me a tour of the Spa which I thought was very nice. I will definitely be returning for more services!!

The person who ended up styling my hair did a horrible job. Not recommended if you have curly hair. My hair is way to short now, and because i have curly hair it looks like an afro. Stylist name was raymond.

My Hair was done by Kiana and my friends hair was done by Greg. Both were not done well. We also had a spa service done here. I wouldn’t recommend either. I was supposed to have my wedding party here. Not going to happen!

Terrible, terrible customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I simply contacted the salon to ask about services cost on balayage and colour and this is the type of response they gave. The owner seriously has issues and this business should NOT be operating with someone like this.
