Exposed brick creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the stylists are very skilled. The salon trains all of the staff so that there is the same level of expectation and care. I always have a great experience.

Ilyra will make all of your hair colour dreams come to life. This woman is truly a hair colour genius. I came into her with fire engine red hair, something I had done myself for years (though I babied it). I had a pretty good idea of what my hair needed to be healthy while I was dying it, so I spent a lot of time to make sure that my hair was "recoverable". When I started going to hair dressers hearing what they wanted to do to my hair would literally leave me in tears. I spent well over a year going to different salons in the GTA and they would all say the same thing... they weren't confident it would lift and my hair would be super weak. I wanted some good strong hair and to still be a red head, something I knew wasn't unreasonable considering my hair! This was not the case with Ilyra, when I first met her she not only complimented my hair but also how well I had maintained it. Then she proceeded to tell me exactly what steps she would want to take and what she wanted to include in the process, exactly what it was going to cost me and she was upfront about wanting to take two steps to make sure my hair remained super healthy. I was still pretty f**king scared about it, but she was confident about it so I trusted her! Well, after two appointments, the colour is literally EXACTLY what I wanted. There was zero reasons to worry. This woman has got you if you are having your hair coloured or colour corrected. She's a wizard, like a literal wizard. All the other ladies in the salon are awesome too, I love how the whole salon is like a hive! Everyone here works together to achieve some awesome hair goals and they all help each other out! Great salon over all, will be recommending! <3

The salon atmosphere is great! The people working there are so friendly. They offered me coffee to drink. Ilya and Sydney worked on my hair. I needed color correction and did a burgundy balayage. They did an outstanding job for 5 hours and I am amazed with the results. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come here again!

Edit: After having my issue caringly rectified by the Salon I am writing a new review. The only negative to this Salon is the catty receptionist staff. My friend, another client here said the same thing about her 2 visits. Otherwise it's a nice salon with a good atmosphere. You won't be disappointed in going here. My favourite salon in whole London. I used to go at different salon until I started to see Christopher here. He is best hairdresser I've ever seen. He knows his job perfectly and he keeps his client happy by giving results what actually a client want. This is my personal experience as I had previously bad experience at Sami and Naji Salon regarding staff and lack of knowledge but here I found staff is smart enough. Christopher has always given me best advice regarding my hair. I can clearly feel he doesn't do work only for money because when I used to go different salon they were always asking me to come for 3-4 sessions so they could earn more. On contrary, Christopher always finish in one sitting and I still get best result. I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone who wants best hair in this world and would also say see Christopher for best results.

Just had my first-ever manicure today with Erin from Amberspa (a great London spa now with downtown facilities at Salon Entrenous). And it certainly won't be my last. Erin is the real deal - very professional and knowledgeable, very welcoming, really knows her stuff. Lola is the best!!! I have had the pleasure to finally, after 10 years of searching, find a knowledgeable, very enthusiastic, incredibly talented hairstylist at Entrenous Salon named Lola. Lola has transformed my hair from an atrocious array of 3 (or more) different colours dispersed throughout my hair, ranging from orange, purple, brown and blonde. I had visited a few hair dressers who were trying to take my hair from a very vivid reddish dark brown colour to blonde. Unfortunately they neglected to address the majority of the ends of my hair, and focused only on highlighting the new growth at the root (hence why I had 3+ different colours throughout my hair). My first visit, Lola worked so diligently to remove the tri-coloured look to give me beautiful warm blondes throughout my hair!! Her knowledge and care of my hair gave me a confidence that allowed me to finally love my hair again if not more than ever before! I was more than pleasantly surprised and in awe of my beautiful hair and will forever put my full trust in Lola and her skill and knowledge. She has been blessed with a gift in the art of hair colouring, cutting and styling and I 100% fully recommend her to anyone who wants to completely love their hair!! Thanks Lola, you saved me!! :)

I have never been to Salon Entrenous before, but decided to go based on positive Google reviews and their Instagram account. Based on some pictures that I liked, I asked for Carrie Lynn. She was great! I showed her some pictures of what I wanted, and we discussed what would look good with my hair type and what wouldn't. She was very nice about telling me which of my ideas wouldn't work for my hair, but then offered me different ideas about what would. She was meticulous in cutting my hair, clearly taking her time to make sure it was well done. During styling at the end, she explained to me exactly how I could style it the way that she did. I loved the end result. It's hard for me to find a stylist that I can trust and so I don't get my hair cut very often. I would 100% recommend Carrie Lynn to anyone who is hesitant about finding a new stylist, and I will definitely be back.

If I had the option for rating negative I would have done that. This was my first appointment and last visit to this salon. They are not only unprofessional to the core and unapologetic. I was given a 5:15 smoothing treatment & haircut appointment. When I reached there I was told that my appointment was for 5:00 pm and they have slotted in someone else. They do not have a proper system of email or sms confirmations. I have traveled and lived in many places but have nowhere seen a professional place not sending you a confirmation messages. I requested to check if I can at least get a haircut as I drove a long way and rescheduled my family dinner just for the salon appointment but they refused to accommodate me. The lady at the reception was very arrogant and did not apologize. She implied that I was lying and didn’t bother to call in and cancel my appointment. Be sure that you aren’t the next victim. Make sure you get them to send you an e-mail confirmation

This salon is the best in London! I am from NY and Chicago and it feels like I’m back at home. The salon sells the best products (Kerastase, enough said) and it’s two floors. Plus a full bar, I was offered a coffee with Baileys, yes please!!! Kayla is a master! She took my hair from yellow and orange to Ice blonde perfection. The haircut was flawless too! Lola, thanks for the amazing hair shape/cut. This is my first time here, new to the city. Lola was personable, knowledgeable, fun, and most importantly, professionally confident. I'm an older woman who likes to keep my natural greying hair and my long locks. No problem. She never tried to dissuade me, only made me look much better with the trim/style. Courtney Simpson at Salon Entrenous is great! I have been going to this salon for years and cannot say enough great things. The salon is clean and in a great location and you can tell they go the extra mile to educate their staff on a regular basis. Courtney knew I was nervous to colour my hair after years of letting it grow out, but I was still looking for a bit of a change. She assured me she could pull off something that looked natural and wouldn't require a lot of upkeep and she delivered! She gave me a great balleage that looks really soft and pretty and a great hair cut that left my hair so much easier to manage. Can't recommend the salon or Courtney enough! :)

Last spring, she was able to schedule me last minute before my graduation to fix botched highlights from another Salon (friend of a friend; even though my gut feeling told me I shouldn't go anywhere because I trusted Salon Entrenous). Lola has always done an amazing job on my hair and helped me gain the courage to get an edgier long bob. The ladies at the front desk are amazing and helped me find the right products for my hair! I used to absolutely love this salon until my last experience. My hair stylist was on vacation when I had this appointment, so was set up with someone who was at her senior level. I was charged $130 OVER what I normally pay for the same highlights and cut. Plus when I purchased a product, they didn't tell me my tip was on the total amount of the bill including the product, so my tip was extremely generous. I called that week after looking over my bill, as I didn't think this was right after 6 years, but nothing was ever done. The woman I spoke to was extremely pleasant but no actions were ever made, to come up with a solution for this ridiculous charge. For a blonde, just wanting a trim and some lighter blonde highlights, I will unfortunately be off to a new salon, as I don't care to spend Toronto hair prices in London.

I LOVE this salon! I've been going to Susie for the last.... Oh my i don't even know, about 10 years now! Wow haha Susie has made my hair beautiful everytime no matter what hair phase I was in and I've been through a few! An angled short Bob, a long, long hippie hair, straight bangs, no bangs, black hair, red hair, blonde hair and back to natural haha Susie has even given me some amazing updos for a couple of weddings I have been in. The only reason I didn't have her do my hair for my own wedding was because I eloped and man did I regret getting some random person to do my hair for that haha I love the atmosphere at the salon, they're staff are always super nice, AND they serve fire roasted coffee haha so yummy... AND they always give amazing head massages when you have your hair washed! The head massage and coffee are pretty great features but chats with Susie while in the hair are also pretty great, she is pretty much my therapist and I love her personality, she is so real and genuine, she will tell you straight up what will look good and what won't and she comes up with some pretty great ideas, some that I never would have thought and ended up loving! Through the years I have recommended entrenous and Susie to lots of friends, coworkers and family.. my sister has been a client for years, my coworker started going to her last year and has since referred her girlfriend also! Haha So I am recommending her on Google now too haha

I was planning my wedding for August 2020 and had to switch my venue from Waterloo to London due to the pandemic. I needed to book a new hairstylist and e-mailed a few salons in the area to see what could work! The manager at Entrenous got back to me right away and shared my e-mail with her staff! Anita got back to me and was able to offer mobile services at the hotel I was staying at for my wedding since my wedding was on a Sunday when the salon was closed! She did a STELLAR job!! I was able to go to her in-home studio for a trial, she recommended and brought hair extensions for me the day of my wedding which matched PERFECTLY to my hair colour and brought a lovely assistant to make sure we had enough time to get through all 8 hair styles and updos! I would highly recommend Anita for anyone who is looking for hair services for a wedding! The styles held up all day and she was such a pleasure to work with! ????????

Lauren is particularly excellent at being honest with what she thinks will work with you according to skin colour and tone, face shape and life style. Go here if you want to be blamed for their mess ups!! (And they will trust me) Tried to make an appointment with Jodi for months (of her saying she will give me one multiple times and then ignoring me and leaving me on read). The incredibly rude and disrespectful way she went about things is not somewhere I would ever bring my business. I definitely think this place is overrated and you can get the same thing (or better) done elsewhere for better price. Don’t go here if you want to be respected and deal with professionals! Edit— I spoke to Jodi in June (with response of being told of an appointment in July) then was continuously left on read until almost October. No respect at all for her customers. Horrible way to run a business. Edit to the response... you said to reach out via dm and I was told I was on a list and would get a call for an appointment. Great response to what I didn’t even say.... absolute horrible business.

Moved to London and tried Entrenous based on Google reviews. Chose Kristen from positive feedback. She carried on my balayage and hair length goals. Applied a treatment that softened and strengthened my hair and stopped breakage on my ends. My hair looks great 3mos later so I will be back again. Only downside... $$$. Spent almost $200 for cut and highlight touch up. But I'm really happy with my stylist and the salon.

Fantastic salon with talented and friendly staff. Came in to have one of their staff deal with an unruly mess of curly hair that sits atop my head. Called in advance and asked if there was anyone on staff that could deal with curly hair. They made a recommendation and she did an incredible job. Cut dry and then wash afterwards - as curly hair should be cut. Parking is a bit of an issue, but no different than any other spot downtown now days. Highly recommend!

In praise of Alyra: I have crazy curly hair. Until going to see Alyra (spelling?!) I never had a cut I was happy with. Most of the solutions other people came up with involved straighteners. I have been to see Alyra several times now, each time asking for something different, and each time I have been ecstatic with the result. She can work with curly hair, style and cut to compliment the curls and not hide them, and even when I wanted something a bit out there she made it fab. And it's not just how she styles it in-salon. It always washes well and looks great the next day and the next week. The salon itself is decent; good scalp massages with hair wash!

This salon saved my hair! Caitlin knew exactly what to do to get my hair ready for colour after it had been ruined by Monat products. She removed the film that had built up on my hair and got it back to silky smooth. The balayage she did is beautiful and exactly what I needed to feel refreshed for summer! She cut 5 inches off, giving me the cutest collarbone length cut that frames my face perfectly, and I just love the way she blow dries and curls my hair - I left feeling like a celebrity! Not only is she an excellent stylist, but she cares about the integrity of your hair, and gives great advice on what to do to promote optimization. I highly recommend Caitlin!

I was looking to get my hair done for a couple of back to back large events and knew it would take time as it was a large job. I called a month ahead of time to book my appointment, but had to go through multiple mix ups in email to book the appointment. When I finally had everything booked, I got a call confirming my appointment the day before. On the day of, I go in and they said they cancelled my appointment because someone with the same name called and cancelled theirs. How is it that a business that makes reservations as a first step could make a mistake like that? Honestly didn't even get on the door as a first time client and already see that they are insanely disorganized. Would not recommend.

I have been going to Entrenous for about 8 years and I can honestly say there is no better salon you will find in London that is as professional as well as affordable. All the hairstylists and staff members are friendly and extremely talented at what they do. I have had my hair done by numerous hair stylists at the salon over the years so I truly stand behind that statement and I am also a regular client at the salon I go in once a week for a blow out and I see Emma. She is an amazing hair stylist I have never been disappointed leaving the salon. She is very passionate about her job and it shows through her work. She is always trying new styles on me and shades of blonde and I trust her more than anyone with my hair. I receive lots of compliments on my blonde colour and styles that she has done and I always recommended her and the salon to my family and friends. I went here for the first time with my mom as a teen and they did wonders but when I came back to get another dye job a few years later it looked no different in terms of dye up the head, was blotchy, and just left my head more dead with no difference in it’s grown out look. I gave it another chance the next year and there was one patch that was the colour I had asked for the rest of my balayage, but everywhere else looked darker than before. I reported on their thank you card I was unhappy with my colour and they offered to fix it, I came back and they said that i’d have to pay full for what I wanted even though I used the same reference photo.

Went in to have my roots done and they totally fudged that up while hardly have me a haircut. I went back for another cut and they gave me a "complimentary" conditioning treatment. That's when we realized the color was terribly done (Bleach blonde with a brass ring around my entire scalp). They offered for me to come back yet again for them to fix it... TWO weeks later. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they told me I should have asked for a color correction. As if, they, the ''professionals'' shouldn't have told me that in the beginning. They don't want to admit they've done and incredibly subpar job. It was not anywhere near the $200 I paid, even with the hair conditioning treatment. A few friends of mine and I have stopped going because of this and a bad experience another one of us had. Honest opinion, I wouldn't reccomend it. Even if they have a few stylists that DO know what they're doing- if they don't go above and beyond to fix a painfully sad performance job by their staff...why give them your business or money?

Most overrated salon I have ever been too, staff is not friendly, I sat in that chair for 6 hours while this girl had 5 other clients on the go, they are clearly money hungry, I don't recommend you go to this salon. After finally finishing and being there until the salon close even though my appt was at 1:30... it was not even close to the picture that I showed her at this beginning of the appt. I was extremely disappointing and upset. There was no apologizing, in fact I paid full price then was booked back to fix it and was told I'd be charge another full amount even though I clarified at the beginning of the appt how much it would cost AND that I would only be here one time. All I asked for was a root touch up and some toner in my blonde pretty simple right. I ended up leaving with close to brown hair... Did I not mention this girl asked my why I couldn't afford salon quality shampoo and conditioner and told me I needed to get a new shower head? I have been to a few salons in my lifetime and not once did I have a problem where my hair didn't die because of the shampoo and conditioner I use at home... that's what I was told. Save your money and go to a salon that actually cares.

Not sure why my review has been removed so I'm reposting it: Have been going to Entrenous for 4 years now and have seen Jodi for 3/4 of those years - had to switch as the wait time for an appointment was too long for me. Sarah P has done my highlights twice now and they were great. Went last week requesting partial baby lights to blend my root with my growth. I was given 2 STREAKS of raw blonde at the front of my head (claiming them as "money pieces" when I've had money pieces many times and these are not fluent with the rest of the hair). The baby lights are nice but I was charged $223 for this, being told I received 3/4 highlights when I did NOT (receipt actually says "full foil highlights"). The last time I got a full head of highlights I paid $17 more than this visit. Had to reach out to salon owner after Sarah stopped responding to my messages and the salon owner is doing nothing about it. Sarah has now blocked me on Instagram - very professional. They said I can come in to get the streaks toned darker but I live 1.5 hours away. Can't believe I drove 1.5 hours to have such a botched job with no price adjustment after being charged an incorrect price. Photos speak for themselves. Overpriced salon with poor customer service. IF you decide to go to this horribly managed salon, do yourself a favour and wait for Jodi - awesome girl with incredible work and great client care. She certainly won't block you on Instagram!

This is the one stylist I've ever went to who knows exactly what I'm looking for and can mimic my visions perfectly. She is creative and knowledgeable and always has suggestions and advice for what will suit me and my style. It comes as no surprise to me that she was named Canadian Hairstylist of the Year for 2014 as her styles are edgy, current and trend-setting. Not only is Julie a great stylist, but the salon is welcoming and the staff are accommodating…always a great place to spend the afternoon :)

Terrible experience, unprofessional staff who tell you what you’re getting done to your hair when you ask for something completely different... walked in as a dollar sign and my hair is ruined, they will not fix it and said they would give me my money back took my credit card number and no money was ever returned. Now I call the salon and it says your call is not accepted. Love Salon Entrenous. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. Both Courtney and Cayla are fabulous and so sweet. You can tell everyone loves their job there and wants to accomplish their client's vision. It's a little bit in the higher-end price range but they have such nice little touches like offering coffee and scalp massages, and they are all so good at their jobs that it's totally worth it!!! I don't enjoy writing negative reviews and in no way is this slandering, nor am I a former employee writing fake reviews like the salon claims in response to other negative reviews. I'm just trying to provide my impression and experience. I went in for an initial appointment for a cut and baylayage with Jodi. I spent most of my time being serviced by her assistant, Katelyn, who was not approachable or friendly both times I interacted with her. Jodi had scheduled at least two other people during my 2 hour appointment so it was unfortunate not to get the full attention of the stylist I had booked. This seems to be a common practice at the salon, as I witnessed on both occasions. Clients were passed off between 2 people. At my first appointment I was told numerous times that my hair was too long and that they wouldn't have time to do what I wanted so I should call ahead next time. When I booked the appointment online, I was not asked to choose a time slot or how long my hair was at any point. I asked for baylayage but she asked if she could put in a "few baby highlights" and I agreed. However, the end result looked like full highlights, half done by her and the other half done by her assistant. I've had highlights several times (by Lindsay at Maria Bikas, who I recommend) but never had them this streaky and choppy. They were supposed to blend the root color with "Shadow root" treatment but this did nothing. She spent five minutes doing 2-3 scissor cuts and I was on my way. It cost $350 without a tip! I've had this service done at other salons who took more time for $100 less. I contacted the salon and they apologized and booked me in for a complimentary 2 hour appointment of just toner 2 weeks later. They had phoned me 3 times to change or set up the time and even called me an hour and a half before the appointment to make sure I was coming, which I thought was weird. I laid in a sink for 3 hours. Even though the tones in my hair are better (less yellow), my hair feels really damaged. They also applied the shadow root again, this time for longer, but it didn't match my root color so I lost that, unfortunately. Then I stood outside for twenty minutes while she took pictures for social media after already being there for 3 hours unplanned. The salon itself is very narrow, cramped and loud. I appreciate the effort the salon made to make up for the first appointment, but the overall experience was not pleasant and not enough to entice me to return. I wouldn't recommend this salon.

Nice atmosphere, friendly people, but my stylist did NOT know how to cut curly hair. I called and asked SPECIFICALLY for someone who knew what to do with curly hair. I was told "All of our stylists should be able to handle you." It became apparently very quickly that she wasn't trained to cut curly hair. She straightened my hair after I specifically told her that I didn't care what it looked like straight, I just want it to look good curly. She used thinning shears on my hair (big no-no for curly hair) even after I was clearly skeptical. Went to this salon for the first time a few weeks ago and had a wonderful cut from Dorota. She is really expert at dealing with fine hair so I got both a good cut and a great blow dry and style. Many hairdressers overdry fine hair when they style it so it looks flat, lifeless and fly-away when you walk out ... but Dorota makes it look great. She is definitely a keeper! I only took 1 star away because the salon is pretty expensive. But otherwise a great place!

I got a colour correction done to get a nice natural all over red. It looked great when I left the salon, and I waited 3 days to wash it like she said. But all of it washed out on the first wash. It was heartbreaking watching it all go down the drain like that. I'm left with very crispy, damaged hair that is red at the roots and just brown everywhere else. It looks terrible. I'll never come back here. 2 stars because it looked good when I left the salon.

Let me start with saying: go see Chris!!! From the initial phone call to book the appointment, to the reminder call the day before, to the thank you card I received in the mail, Salon Entrenous delivered a truly wonderful experience. Chris was recommended for the look I was going for and oh my goodness, I'm in love! He was patient, kind, and listened to my likes and dislikes, but also ensured my expectations were realistic. I can honestly say my hair has never looked so good! I am so very happy with his service and I will absolutely be back! Two notes: a) it is a little expensive, but as someone who has spent hundreds (read probably thousands) on bad hair cuts to fix the bad hair cuts, you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money, it is totally worth it. Finally b) They book in fast- in my opinion it's a sign of talented stylists when they are basically booked for a few weeks, having to book a month ahead was a slight nuisance at first but I totally get it! I've already booked in for October and you should too!

I have recently revisited the salon a few times and had a haircut with Lisa, a blowout for my birthday with Kristen and I also had a balayage done with Ilyra. Every time I have left this salon I always feel great and my hair has felt amazing. Everyone at this salon is friendly, talented and does an incredible job. I would recommend anyone looking to leave with beautiful hair to come here!

Walked out before they could cut my hair. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they said I could not have it. It was balayage. I have light blonde hair. Wanted dark roots and to work towards going grey. Specified I knew I couldn’t bleach my hair grey/white today that I was aware it took several visits. But that I wanted to get the dark highlights or balayage in there and work towards it. She said no even got another stylist to come tell me I can’t. I even showed her several pictures of myself with almost black in my hair and they were trying to to convince me to dye my hair light brown. So after 20 mins of arguing that I don’t want to go brown. I walked out. A good hairstylist will work with you. Won’t go back Editing review: went to another salon who did exactly what I wanted. So this salon completely wasted my time. Light brown was not the only option. Don’t let bad hairdressers do your hair. If it’s not going right walk out. No matter what they said in their response - no matter how professional it looks - NOTHING about this salon is professional. Be warned. Don’t go here!

I have been a loyal client of Lisa Sallabank since my days at Western over 10 years ago. Her skill is unmatched for selecting the appropriate colour for my skin tone and her cutting techniques are incredible. I drive approximately 3 hours each way to visit Lisa because she is amazing at what she does, makes me look and feel beautiful, and the salon is a like a retreat to get caught up on magazines, and take the stress away with a relaxing head massage. I have tried on occasion to find someone closer to home, but every time I regret it and end up driving back to London. I would recommend this salon to everyone as you will be treated to the best hair experience you can ever find! Thank you Lisa for your dedication to your work, staff, and clients :) There is a reason you were named Ontario Hairstylist of the year in 2013!

I have been coming to Entrenous for over 20 years and despite the fact that I haven't lived in London for almost a decade, I still don't trust anyone but Lisa Sallabank to do my hair!! She has rescued me after bad student haircuts, brought me from blonde to dark brown to auburn and now to blonde again and is forever giving me tips on how to style my hair/ take care of it on a day to day basis. The life chats, good coffee and dreamy head massages are just perks on top of an amazing hair-do :)

Absolutely amazed with my balayage! I was nervous because I’ve had a bad experience at a different salon last year and also, my hair is curly and coarse (which can be hard to work with) but Katie was amazing! She was so sweet and I loved that she explained the pricing before hand and how she was honest and giving me a heads up that because I dyed my hair black, the colour may not be exactly the colour I want it to be (but it turned out exactly how I wanted it to btw!) Staff there is really nice and the receptionist was great as well. Definitely recommend this salon! Thanks again Katie!!

Went today as I was visiting from Calgary and felt the need for a new and trendy haircut. Cassidy a senior stylist was assigned to me and I won’t know until tomorrow how I faired the day. Cassidy is a lovely girl with a truly unique way of cutting hair. I feel that she gave me a great cut, but her skills are lacking in the finishing of her artistic talent. My hair is fine, but heavy and the product that she chose to use didn’t work. I can’t wait until the morning to see how it looks after I style it myself. The one thing that I hated more than anything else, was that I was blanketed in hair. Hair all over my silk sweater, over my pants, over my neck both front and back, and over my face. It was truly dissapointing, and never have I seen anything like it. This must be an ongoing event at this salon, because they have a room set aside with lint brushes and a dusting brush for their clients to use in the event of a hair take-over. If I make a suggestion, it would be to have your clients remove their tops, and wear a gown, and drape them so that the hair debris doesn’t ruin the experience. The salon was very sharp and well laid out, the stylist I had, was great and helpful as she even took the time to recommend good restaurants in the London area. I was pleased enough with the cut to tip her 20% and I feel confident that I will like the cut tomorrow. The hair thing needs to be addressed by management, because in any top salon, I have ever been to, I have never seen a grooming room. Come on Entrenous, step it up, and you will earn a 5 star rating from me.

They tried to than ask me to give them more money to pay for what they did to my hair Cut, colour & extensions. ... my appointment was booked wrong and I had to not only argue with front desk but the stylist was suppose to be experienced... with the trained and so called awarded they really just cheat the system.

Being a slacker when it comes to my hair, my stylist Courtney at Entrenous is a miracle worker. Whether its been 2 months or 8, I can confidently show up without an inkling of what I want done, and leave looking like I'm a stylist myself. These stylists are educated rigourously beyond hair school and it shows, everytime I'm in there's a new trend I've yet to see around London. The whole experience at Entrenous is wonderful (even the assistants - most amazing head and neck massages!) I obviously can't say enough good things about this place, so do yourself a favour and book an appointment with Courtney.

I recently visited Salon Entrenous to have my highlights and cut done. It was my first time visiting the salon so I was unsure what to expect. I was greeted by friendly and welcoming smiles from the front desk. the salon itself was tastefully decorated with a contemporary feel. when I was seated at the chair of my stylist, I quickly felt any nerves associated with seeing a new stylist disappear and were replaced with excitement. Susie was outgoing yet extremely professional. She listened to my concerns and expectations and clearly explained what was possible and realistic for my hair. I left the salon feeling as though my hair never looks so glorious. Those feelings were reaffirmed by the may compliments I have received since. I am undoubtedly going to continue visiting Salon Entrenous and would not hesitate recommending it to my friends and family.

Every time I leave Salon Entrenous, I leave very happy! My stylist Cayla does an amazing job!! I went from long to short and absolutely love it! Such bubblely spirits every time I come in.
