Charlie is the most incredible hair stylist I’ve ever been to. I enjoyed every minute at the salon, and the balayage I asked for was perfect. He is punctual, passionate, and listens to exactly what you ask for and communicate to him. The salon is very clean, and the staff is very accommodating and kind. I will officially never go to any other salon! I would recommend Charlie’s hair salon to anyone.

This salon is literately the worst place I’ve ever been to. I believe that any rating over one star is fake. I went to get a wash, blow out and style and It was absolutely the most upsetting experience I’ve ever had at a Salon. Charlie is super unprofessional and rude. He stopped working on me to not only answer the phone but texts as well. He was very rough when working on my hair from the wash to the blow drying to using the curling iron. He burnt my ears when blow drying and burnt my scalp with the curling iron three times. My wash lasted not even a minute and was not relaxing at all. He did not even use any heat protectant on my poor hair before using styling tools and ripped trough my hair with the round brush like it was intentional! I spent a year and half making my hair healthy through covid and this was my first time in a salon and it was all for nothing. My hair is now completely damaged breaking off and super dry, all because this guy is careless and a terrible hair dresser! I spent all night crying because my hair does not grow fast and was super healthy going into Charlie’s Hair Salon. I have a theory that he did that on purpose as he was trying to push hair Botox on me. Even though this place is super cheap save your hair and DO NOT GO HERE! I will be telling all my London friends to stay far away from this joke of a salon.

Overall great experience! Had to reschedule my appointment for my partner and I; Charlie was very understanding and professional over the phone. The lady who cut our hair was very communicative during our haircut--making sure we were getting our desired length and style, as was Charlie. The atmosphere was a very clean, relaxing and professional--while adhering to covid protocols. Overall, we loved our cut and enjoyed our time there!

I cannot emphasize enough just how INCREDIBLE the service is at this salon. I got so many compliments after I dyed my hair, and Seila, the one who did my hair, was so professional and knew exactly what she was doing. I went pre-covid before my wedding to dye my hair for the first time ever, and it was a huge risk I was taking but it was genuinely the best decision I have ever made. This salon is HIJABI FRIENDLY, so for all my hijab ladies, you can feel secure and have the best privacy at this salon. I recommend this place to everyone!!

The guy who served us was very rude and unprofessional. Not sure if he is just having a bad day or what. My wife and I came in to ask questions and he didn't seem to want to serve us at all. We happen to be in the area, so wanted to go to a salon to get a hair cut. My wife asked him how long it's going to be for him cut the hair, he said 10 minutes.What type of hair cut do you do if it only takes you 10 mins?Mind you I have not had a hair cut since the first lock down. I could've gone to a bigger salon, but I decided to support local business. I guess this guy just didn't appreciate my business. And guess what, I am never coming back. I am assuming he is the owner, before your business gets shut down again, maybe go take a course for customer service.
