Stylist was awesome. Person working door not so much. Stand outside in sun in 38 degree weather while you wait. No care in the world when I suggested they put umbrellas outside if they have a wait outside policy. Needs to learn customer service or basic interactive skills.

My daughter has been here a couple of times and wanted to return, she asked for face framing layers and had been super exited for her haircut. Her layers were not blended and were just straight across. She didn't want to be rude to the staff as she loved them, so she didn't complain. When she returned home she was very sad and crying as she had been super disappointed and in how her hair had turned out. She was very upset as she felt as if she couldn't like her hair anymore. She loves the staff but will not be returning and scheduled an appointment somewhere else to get it fixed.

I got an extremely terrific hair cut and highlights by Carl - the cut and colour were gorgeous and professional and he really paid attention to what I wanted to have done. Will recommend him to others. Also it's a way more decent price than it was at his previous downtown location. Well done!

Beware the business that removes a 3-star rating and won’t accept constructive evaluation. I reposted at 2 stars and it was removed - obviously they’ll remove this (now) 1-star rating too. Note to other businesses: you too can achieve a 4.9 rating when you post only compliments and employee notes. But not listening to customers will always come back to bite you.
