Expensive! I asked for a shadow root - she did a horrible job! And I had a photo too. I reached out and the only suggestion was they would “correct” it, but they also said there was nothing wrong with it. Spent $168!!! And had to get it fixed elsewhere Go elsewhere!

I asked for my hair to be tidied & it is an awful mess now. Awful haircut. The stylist was 'Edward Scissorhand'. Went crazy cutting so much hair off in a furious speed that I can only wear a ball cap for long time top I get some growth to hide this mop on my head. I will never go back to this salon & regret walking on that day last week for a trim.

DO NOT USE - I am visiting Alberta and wanted a hair cut. After calling a few other places that couldn't take me, I contacted Hair Behavior and they were able to get me in right away. This should have been a clue. Places who have bad hair stylist, have room because no one wants to go there. I would not recommend using the services of this establishment when the hair stylist, Shaylynn, doesn't even know what layers are. She doesn't understand how to style or even trim bangs. When I got back to my hotel after a 45 minute drive, I blow dried my hair to find out there were zero layers. My hair had a style of Darth Vadors helmet. Not very attractive. I called to speak with the manager, Brenda, but was not able to connect as she was on a break. I explained to Shaylynn why I wanted to speak with Brenda and not once was I told Hair Behavior does not give refunds but will have another hair dresser correct the problem. Because I was not told this, I thought the right thing to do would be to offer me a refund, so I went to another shop to have my hair fixed. I just spoke with Brenda and she absolutely refused to give a refund or even look at the pictures of the horrible job Shaylynn did on my hair. Wanted to give zero stars but it makes you choose at least one, WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
