Prix: Je me suis vu devoir payer la coupe transformation pendant 2 ans et à chaque rdv. une coupe de cheveux à 104$ dollars plus tout les extra ça peut facilement monter, monter monter plus haut. Mon budget s'est vu trop souvent être amputé. Je veux plus être contactée, je me sens mal d'avoir été bannie dans mon dos.

I'm going back to another salon on Saturday and I hope they can save my haircut. The current cut is uneven. Too long on the sides. Short in the middle and long in front… It’s heavy. Looks like I have a helmet on my head. Update: I went to the Odyssé salon to correct the cut, and I will have to go back in 2-3 months to finally have the cut I wanted to have since the hairdresser had done an uneven and too short cut. Update (because I don't know how to respond to the owner's comment): I went to your salon in August. It's now January and my hair is still too short on top. Result, I have to wait before before the cut that I initially wanted. The shorter the hair, the more it curls so the cut looks uneven. Fortunately, the Odysseus salon knows how curly hair works. When I asked for a hairdresser who knew my hair type, you assured me that was the case when not. Huge disappointment. Le décor est beau. Les gens gentils. Par contre, je me suis retrouvée avec une coupe ratée et inadaptée pour mes cheveux bouclés. Difficile à coiffer. Ce n’est pas ce que je souhaitais. Je retourne dans un autre salon samedi et j’espère qu’ils sauront sauver ma coupe. La coupe actuelle est inégale. Trop long sur les côtés. Court au milieu et long en avant… C’est lourd. On dirait que j’ai un casque sur la tête. Update: je suis allée au salon Odyssé pour corriger la coupe, et je vais devoir y retourner dans 2-3 mois pour finalement avoir la coupe que je souhaitais avoir puisque que la coiffeuse avait mal fait une coupe inégale et trop courte. Update (car je ne sais pas répondre au commentaire du propriétaire): Je suis allée dans votre salon en Août. Nous sommes maintenant en janvier et mes cheveux sont toujours trop courts sur le dessus. Résultat, je dois attendre avant d’avant la coupe que je souhaitais initialement. Plus les cheveux sont courts, plus ils bouclent alors la coupe semble inégale. Heureusement, le salon Odyssé sait comment les cheveux bouclés fonctionnent. Lorsque j’ai demandé à avoir une coiffeuse qui connaissait mon type de cheveux, vous m’avez assuré que c’était le cas alors que non. Grosse déception. J’aime ma coupe actuelle, mais je vais devoir attendre encore plusieurs mois pour que mes cheveux repoussent, car cela prends plus de temps avec mon type de cheveux… Au moins, la coupe est égale maintenant.

He was very receptive and quickly understood where I wanted my cut to go. Very accepting and gentle. He did not rush and took their time to make sure my cut was perfect for me. I saw Ean for my hair, hands down best haircut ever!!!! Great experience, he was super attentive and asked good questions and his intuition is great, he adjusted my haircut to the shape of my face/head/neck so that it would be flattering. The salon has a lovely vibe also and the haircut prices are defined by your hair (long/short/etc) and not by mens/womens which is also a huge plus!

I had a cut and colour with Hollie and my daughter had a cut with Mike. They are very professional, super flexible, and they pay attention to every details on your cut and colour. Your hair are definitely in good hands and they are super friendly. Super glad I found this place. Also I am Usually disappointed when I take my daughter for a cut cause I find most people don’t pay as much attention to the cut cause she’s a child. But Mike paid attention to every details and made her feel very comfortable during her haircut. This was the best experience she had cutting hair. Hollie spent hours on my transformation haircut perfecting every single details. Thank you for everything you do.

Le prix n'est pas donné à toutes les bourses, j'aurais aimé un plus pour le coté haut de gamme fancy. Il serait bien de créer un programme de fidélisation différent du programme de référence pour le côté exclusif et le papier inutile.
