Mais le pire c'est quand elle ma dit le prix... 180$ pour des mèches bleu foncé, sérieusement? Après deux jours j'ai décidé de me laver les cheveux et voilà que tout le colorant et tombé Mes cheveux ont un mélange de gris et vert J'ai payer 180 dollars pour un colorant qui a duré un seul lavage Je suis très déçus Si vous prévoyez d'aller à cet endroit svp soyez TRÈS prudent.

My experience there was great, the staffs are very friendly. The hairdresser was so nice and friendly. I have tried the hair cut in several hair salons but I have the best one at oblic. This message is therefore addressed to management: it is unacceptable to let your clients leave with wet hair, especially when it is -15 degrees, on the pretext that they do not have an appointment for a styling! Ma coupe est encore belle et je porte les cheveux courts alors je ne trouvais pas nécessaire de rafraîchir ma coupe ni de demander une mise en pli. Quelle ne fût pas ma surprise quand à la fin du shampoing, on me demande de m’assoir sur la chaise à côté de l’entrée en me tendant le séchoir à cheveux. Le technicien, mal à l’aise et ne sachant pas trop comment me l’adresser, me dit que étant donné que je n’ai pas de rdv pour une mise en pli, hé bien j’ai le choix (ou pas) de me sécher les cheveux moi-même!! Finalement, une coiffeuse qui terminait son quart de travail m’offre de le faire… Pour qu’au final, on l’ajoute sur ma facture. 100$ payé avec taxe et pourboire pour un service qui se termine en queue de poisson. Toute l’équipe s’est confondu en excuses et je ne reproche pas aux employés sur place ce manque de professionnalisme car outre cet incident, ils ont été attentif et j’étais jusque là satisfaite du service reçu. Ce message s’adresse donc à la direction : il est inadmissible de laisser partir vos clients les cheveux mouillés, particulièrement lorsqu’il fait -15 degrés, prétextant qu’il n’ont pas de rdv pour une mise en pli! Je ne retournerai jamais dans votre salon mais svp, faites un effort pour vos futurs clients!
