The owner is super nice and amazing at doing blonde hair. Got a parking ticket during my appointment because max parking is 2hrs and my hair takes 3hrs and she took care of it without hesitation. Great example of a small business owner who cares about her clients. Thanks Payton!

The ladies at Valley Roots are absolutely amazing. The salon is clean and staff are always friendly. After receiving some terrible service at another salon, Payton worked her magic and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and gave me a freaking amazing haircut. Martina is great! I went in for bayalage (had black hair)... and was very impressed with the results. Martina is very skilled & really pays attention to detail. She explains the whole process to you & was very patient.. answering all of my questions. Overall a great experience :)

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. My colour turned out to be a really nice blonde but I had a zig zag of dark roots that showed accross the front of my head the first time I put my hair up.

Hannah tells everyone that your hair will start at $125 but charges everyone $200+up. If you’re going to charge $200 every damn time just say it!

I just had my hair done by Payton (balayage,treatment, cut) and I'm very happy with it!! I have very thick and stubborn hair, she gave me realistic expectations, offered options if we couldn't get exactly to what I was looking for since I'm going from dark to light. She really knows her stuff, takes the time and puts in the effort to get you as close to what you are hoping for as she can. The salon itself is very pretty and clean, it's a nice experience to go there. I'll definitely be a repeat client, I've already booked my next few appointments!
