My fiancée had a mediocre experience getting her haircut and was displeased with the styling, so when asked for her feedback in a "how did we do today" type survey, she gave constructive feedback in a polite and respectful manner. She was met with a very rude response from the Shampoo Room which was uncalled for and not appreciated. She will not be returning and we will be sharing this unpleasant experience with family and friends.
