Firstly, I want to start off by saying how absolutely wonderful the staff is. They make you feel very comfortable, and great about yourself. They work well as a team, & the overall atmosphere is pleasant. Secondly, I LOVE my hair!! They did a fantastic job. I got my hair shampooed, cut, bleached, styled + my extensions done. Everything matched perfectly & was above & beyond what I wanted. I have gotten many compliments, and I would suggest the salon to everyone... HOWEVER..... **This NEEDS to be said: I am giving the salon a 2 star rating because of the price. Over the phone, I was quoted $120 for everything mentioned above (wonderful, right!?).... long story short, one of the new staff members (who is lovely!) quoted me $120 *I even explained every step mentioned above that I wanted to do, & sent the salon pictures of my previous hair & the extensions via Facebook messenger. When I was getting my hair bleached, the quoted price came up & to fast-forward to the end, the new employee made a mistake... & it was ME that had to pay for the mistake.... $250, without tip.... not even being able to negotiate the price. I don't want to speak negatively about the salon, however, charging your new client more than double the quoted price is inacceptable.

Booked for my wedding and had such an amazing experience. My hair held all day. Not once did it feel loose or fall out of place (and I have thin medium length hair with no life). I would suggest brides to not overlook this small but amazing hair salon. better prices and better experiences than some other mad salons.
