Like me, Mack & Lily is new in town. Thought we would give each other a try. Did not disappoint. Very warm and welcoming experience, and a nice new haircut to boot. I will be adopting this as my new go to hair salon and recommend others do too.

Went to Hanna Hall after having severe impulse box dyed hair. Not only am I super pleased with the outcome of my balayage. Both Shania and Hanna have great customer service and their salon is gorgeous!

Went to Mack and Lilys for a caramel balayage, and was very pleased with the results! Excellent customer service, beautiful shop. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

The talent in this building is unmatched. The women who work here are magic, they'll nail your hair goals and leave you looking like a million. Highly, highly suggest Mack and Lily for your hair services, product, and friendly conversation !

These ladies are professionals and excel at client care. Worth the wait for an appointment (although they were kind enough to fit me into a very busy schedule). I couldn't be happier with my hair colour and cut.
