I went for a haircut today and Shu Shu asked me how I ended up in his salon and I told him we had a brief passing and I remembered his good energy. That's really what he gives his clients - true value in his interactions with people. He knows what he is doing with his scissors and tools and he made me feel really at ease in his hands. He charged me very fairly, and his whole staff made me smile! Thanks for your artistry. ????????????

The Shu Shu salon has cut my hair for years.. always quick clean cuts I've always been satisfied with. Great value fun positive Staff and a local I choose to support.. always turns my long mop into a new hip creation. I highly recommend giving this place a try.. I've never had to go look further than the day I walked in and tried them for the first time.. I took a chance and am always glad I did and will continue to do as long as my hair grows..

Prices a little higher than I'd like. Don't like wait times when I book an appointment. Many times I've booked and waited or they say it was an earlier time and it wasn't. I think they over book.

Super upset. My son had a hair cut here and I specifically said not to take any off the top, but Teresa took almost two inches off. My son had been working on growing his hair out forever, and he had some nice balayage going on, but she cut off the bottom two inches and now his colour is all wrong. He used to be able to tuck it behind his ears, but she basically gave him a mushroom cut, there as very little blending. I might expect this for a $5 hair cut but not for a full priced cut like this. When Shu Shu did it last time is was just how he asked, so we never expected this.

Doesnt wear masks properly (the guy had his nose exposed and kept on opening masks when he was talking) despite heavy caution thats given from the government. If you wish to risk your life going here, I wont stop you but just know that these people clearly do not know what pandemic means.

Awful service talk on the phone while curting hair. The scrapes and cuts my son had on the back of his neck was awful. Very visible and charged us. Awful place more interested in selling merchandise from the back room then doing a simple bous haircut. Never been back

After I washed my hairs look so bad and all damage .I called Shu Shu salon .I went there and I was crying because my hairs look so bad but they help me .they did very very good work on my hairs . Less than a star is deserved. I made an appt for eyebrow threading for 5:45 and the lady told me I had to be on time as they close at 6. I was there at 5:40 and the salon closed. So unprofessional. I had to get a babysitter and everything. Do not recommend at all. Will never go here.

Ok- so this guy is hilarious. He will tell you all about the state of our country and give you a great color to boot. His darling side-kick is a good natured phillipina who has just enough sweetness to balance out the sarcasm of the host. Listen, this place is not just a salon- it is an experience.
