My son is highly sensitive to noises like hair dryers, hair clippers etc. We have always had difficult experiences and a lot of times couldn’t even enter the door of places because of the noise. When I called to book, I gave the stylist a heads up of my sons sensory difficulties. When I got there I just asked her to not use clippers or a hair dryer. My mom sat with my son in the chair to get his hair done. The stylists name was Lily and she was absolutely amazing. She told my son everything she was doing and going to do so he was aware of what was going on, she engaged in conversation with him and she listened to what he asked for. This was the very first time (my son is 6) where we have had a positive experience somewhere for my sons hair cut where he didn’t freak out and end up having to leave. He actually left with a lovely haircut that he was super impressed with. He told Lily that she is “the best hair cutter” and that he’s “always going to come here” when he needs another haircut. I highly recommend booking with Lily if you have young ones who have some difficulty with sensory noises.

Poor attention to detail. First "professional" haircut for my little one in over 2 years (due to the pandemic). Based on the reviews, expected much better quality. Poor fade, gave my son a crew cut when I had asked for a fohawk. Didn't take the time to clean off the hair properly afterwards. I had to clean up the edges myself when I got home. Unfortunately can not recommend for kids haircuts (unless you're looking for just a quick in and out). Just seemed really rushed overall.

I got a haircut last week, the hairdresser was very kind and enthusiastic. I think the actual haircut looked okay (some strands are longer than others,) but the bangs were cut very unevenly.

Saw the review and gave it a try, Lily was with another customer so it was done by another lady. No layers at all and she chopped 3-4 inches when i insisted i only want to trim a bit like an inch. Couldn't complain at the spot coz i don't want to risk another 3 inches to fix it and end up the same.. My friend asked if it was done by a kid.. and now i will have to live with that for few weeks before i can get another trim

Took my boys in for a haircut. No appointment, walked in and was served right away by Randy. Really nice guy and seem to have experience cutting hair with young kids. He was fast and made it as comfortable for my boys. Haircuts turned out great and the of course the boys enjoyed their lollipop. The boys like the experience so much they said they want to come back next time.

I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who has had trouble looking for the perfect hair stylist. I've been going to Lilly for a year now and she is the best. She doesn't rush you like other hair stylist does, and she has never disappointed me. Lilly, Randy and Tammy are great! Everyone is very friendly and the salon is always very clean and welcoming. Definitely should give it a try.

My infant/toddler has had all his haircuts there (first time he was 9 months then 14 and 18 months). Fantastic job on kids hair cuts. My kid is super busy but Randy always manages to get the job done well and quickly.

First time there with my daughter today and the guy who cut her hair butchered it, uneven, sloppy and took too much off when all I wanted was a trim. My daughter was so upset had to hop over to Chatters right after to attempt to fix what had been done and they couldn't do much, they were so shocked at the work that this place did. Will NEVER RETURN, it's not worth it..

There is a gentleman whose name is Randy I guess(I didn't ask his name), he cut my hair very nicely and I am 100% satisfied with his great job. I have been living in Canada almost 30 years and hard to see those great hairstylists but he is AWESOME ! I strongly recommend that people go to this place for haircut, something like that. Do not go if you have thick and long hair and you're needing it thinned and layered. They don't know how to properly get it done especially on asian hair. They don't do the razoring thinning technique and use the teeth style scissors which they randomly just snip all over the place and your hair looks like a choppy mess at the bottom but a full thick head at the top like a q-tip. Service was friendly enough

First time going as we searched for a good place for our toddler. It was a great visit! Randy was very friendly and the other staff member (I think her name is Lily). My son can be fussy but Randy was very nice and was friendly with my son by getting him comfortable for the haircut (toys and all!) Randy is a pro, fast but patient and strategic especially for my son who gets fussy when getting haircuts. I've already recommended Randy to a few friends.

When you take your kids for a haircut, you balance time in the chair vs result. These guys have a pretty good ratio; less than 10mins for a boys haircut and they don't look like hobos. 5/5

I took my 4 year old daughter here for a hair cut. A Kids Cut is posted on their wall for $13.95. When I went to pay, the stylist charged me $16.95! When I asked why, Randy (I believe his name is), said because my child is a girl. He said that that Kids Cut price is for boys only. Very deceitful and underhanded. I will NOT return here again.

I have been here a few times and usually don’t go out of my way to post reviews but I was very happy with the service I received . I have had my hair cut here from both Lilly and randy and it appears that this is a family run business. Regardless of how busy they where they always took there time and made sure I was satisfied. And randy definitely a funny happy guy. Would highly recommend if your looking for somewhere with a wholesome feel and quality cuts :)

I went there years ago and got a great cut tried it again last week for a trim it's awful cut almost 3 inches off in some spots some hair wasn't trimmed worst I have ever had took me 3 years to grow it the length I came in with now will take me years to get it back that length. My hair looks like I put it in a ponytail and tried to cut it after learning how to do that on you tube. Just awful. I take back my review Lilly fixed my hair it looks so much better. At Last!! I have a beauty salon that knows how to cut and style my short hair. Tammy knew exactly what I was talking about when I wanted a "mushrom style hair cut in the back. Some call it a wedge. Got what I wanted. Someone who knows what they are doing,. LOVE this place they listen to you!! A rare thing to find in a hair stylist these days. Very friendly people but I went in today and got my hair cut it was supposed to be straight across but when my husband and I got home he looked at my hair and it was not at all straight across one side was longer then the other I have very very long hair and haven't been to a hairdresser in years so needless to say I was not happy with my experience .
