I came to this place hoping to achieve the hair colour and cut I wanted as I was traumatized from my previous hairdresser after a terrible hair dye, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. NICOLE did a superb job on my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted, very professional and well knowledgeable. I would recommend her ???? %. Very friendly ambience. I would rate this place 5/5. I hate to leave this review because the girls were very kind and helpful in the store. This review is aimed at the owner. You will not return UNUSED product for a refund and that is ridiculous. I don't want your services, I don't want your hair product. I will not have hair in 6 weeks thanks to chemo, so your services and products are completely useless to me...

I give this place the worst I went in as a blonde and left as Burnett my hair is ruined I'm so upset they wanted to me 327.00 but after they seen my hair they gave me a refund . My hair is ruined I do not recommend this place at all I wish I new the girl's name so she would get the bad review not the salon but why would you hire someone like her

So I went in to the the store i Asked the lady if I could get my sides shaved off she cut a chunk into my hair and ignored everything I Asked she did not trim my side burns or my necks it was $35 it was a rip off and will never be going back would not recomerec

Got my hair done by Elizabeth and I couldn't be happier! She talked with me in depth before she did anything to my hair explaining the process of what she'd be doing to achieve what I was looking for. Extremely detail oriented, she took her time (but not too long so that the appointment took longer than it should have) to make sure everything was perfect. Even the wash was great, very relaxing and my hair felt way healthier. Customer service was on point from bringing to end, such a sweetheart to chat with. was denied service due to my 4 year old who is non verbal autistic was not able to wear a mask ( who had a medical exemption with doctors letter to confirm) I receive a phone call few days later informing me I am denied future service. I get it protecting your staff and clients. we followed the rules of Bonnie Henry. Worse experience I could have encountered.

I recently had my hair done by Michelle and LOVED my hair cut and colour. She did the exact colour of blond I asked her too and everybody loved it! My haircut was the perfect length and style and I couldn't have been happier! I will definitely make her my regular girl! Also the front receptionist Madison was very friendly and helpful! I just had my hair done yesterday by Michelle. I was referred by my co-worker and am absolutely thrilled with my new hairstyle and colour. Michelle spent quality time on my hair. Took the time and special detail to make sure my cut was of the highest quality and that my colour blended perfectly. It's the best haircut I've ever had! Plus the receptionist, Madi was the best!

Went in to have both an olaplex treatment as well as a toner put on my hair to bring it back to an ash blonde from the caramel tone it naturally takes on after a few weeks of having it done. The whole process took over an hour and a half to complete, and by the time I was “done” my hair came out even more yellow/orange and damaged looking than when I came in... I mentioned to my stylist that I was not happy with the way the toner came out, and she agreed that it wasn’t really ashy like I had asked for yet she did not offer to correct it or fix the issue in anyway. I still was unhappy with the outcome and asked her if it was possible that the toner didn’t work in combination with the olaplex treatment and she said it was possible. I told her I did not want to pay for the toner as it did not work and she said she would ask the front desk if we could do discount, however, I paid full price for both treatments. Aside from the disappointing colour my hair ended up being, my hair was also flat ironed while still quite damp leaving if frizzy and textured after what was supposed to be a conditioning treatment. Very disappointed with the way I left this salon and ended up spending the afternoon at another salon getting the colour corrected.

Terrible, worst salon experience. I went in with mid back length hair, asked for layers on top for height, bangs shorten & tidied up so it looked better pulled up into a bun, explained it was hard to manage with one hand while recovering from a serious left hand injury. I let Nicole know I would like it longer (to remain that way) at the back vs the front, as I don't like a chopped same length. I have lots of fine but curly hair. Told Nicole I usually wear it up (messy bun) but I don't mind if she takes off some length as it's in bad shape. Nicole proceeded with a straight cut all around that came above my shoulders, she then started texturing the back and sides it I told her no, I don't want texture I want layers on top She continued texturing while saying - no layers - it will leave your hair too thin on the bottom. I said I don't care, please layers, no texturing. She continued to texture explaining HER reasons despite my protests. She had also refused to fix the bangs as she claimed they were too thick to begin with so I would have to let them grow out. (The too thick? was due to me trimming the bangs that eventually matched one of the layers) which is why I wanted the bang part cut shorter not left chin length - she did not do this and continued to painfully texture mostly from top of ear to bottom in the back and side. I repeated no it will just be frizz, kinky hairs sticky out. Once finished I was obviously unhappy, so she wet it and put me under the dryer to show what it would look like when it dried naturally. It was awful, she suggested she could cut it more if it wanted her too? adding that I will just have to work with it more, flat iron etc. (exact opposite of my needs) Experiencing her total indifference to what I had asked for along with her I'm the expert you know nothing attitude all I could think to say was 'it's hair it grows back' as I just wanted to get out of there. WORST hair cut ever - now my hair is flat on top and sides, above shoulders straight blunt all around, frizzing out into a bizarre triangle due to the texturing. What was sickening was she refused to listen at all and did not take a second to understand my needs, wants. I can't put it up in a bun. For me a total disaster that is triple the work. If the owner reads this, please have a customer service talk with Nicole. My sale # is 327276, 10/24/18, 17:33:17 I just noticed I was charged for a Gomee whisky single? I did not ask for this but I didn't look at the bill then, I just wanted to leave, erred with tip because the belittling treatment was starting to take hold. Exploding in public is not my thing and there was nothing that could be done anyway, the only good thing was hair grows back (my new mantra). This shop was the only one who could do a last minute appt., many empty seats, at first very happy to be able to get hair fixed last minute I told Lauren I had a public meeting next day, wanted hair tidied up for this but I left with the exact opposite. The receptionist was very very nice though.

My daughter had her hair coloured and cut here. I booked this salon as the website showed their prices were reasonable and that they had very good reviews. However, my daughter was charged more than what was listed on their website. When I called to question this, I was told that their prices on the website are out of date and in fact they haven't used those prices for a year and a half. I asked for a manager to call me and I still haven't received a call.... I think this is misleading and poor customer service... won't go there again and won't recommend them to anyone. The only reason I gave them one star was because my daughter said the technician was very personable.
