1st time to a hair salon in this area as I am new to the area from Oakville. I found it via Google and the great reviews plus one more I'd like to offer. In the absence of the owners, Arlaina and Fran acted very professional, friendly and caring. Fran gave me a full set of highlights and a great cut. I felt very confident and Very happy with the results! These young ladies have been at this salon for over 10 years which says Alot about the owners whom I look forward to meeting the next time for my salon needs! The salon offers parking and wifi, coffee and water. Lovely layout and decor of salon. The ladies also offered me tips on places to shop in the area which was greatly appreciated! Thank You Again, until the next time????????????

Headlines Hair Design is a beautiful full service salon in the heart of Niagara. Being a resident of Niagara Falls for my entire life, I have been to numerous salons in this city and none of them can compare to the service I have received at Headlines. The experienced stylists are compassionate to your needs and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have always had a hard time trusting a stylist to give me a look that I will be completely satisfied with. I'm a picky and indecisive person and they have always delivered with a look that I am completely in love with. The salon itself is beautiful - it includes a breath taking quartz crystal wall that is captivating and fills the space with positive energy. The staff reflects the energy of the space. I love it here and wouldn't trust anyone else. I highly recommend them.

This is by far the best salon I have ever been to in my life. My hair was a complete disaster due to hormonal problems and they were so gentel and fixed it up for me. I have never felt so beautiful thanks to Arlaina. Definitely a hidden jem in niagara and a must try. Im definitely going back.

Beautiful shop and amazing owner... but... worst experience! The girl who simply curled my hair made me feel so bad about myself! Making disgusting facial expressions about my hair colour. Rude comments about it. I left feeling so bad about myself... to top it off, she pulled a small section on one side back and they changed me for a full up do. The thing that got me, I asked her not to do it! Yet she did it anyways so I had to pay extra for rude comments, disgusting facial expressions and four bobby pins that I didn't want. I will NEVER be going back.

After having my hair ruined at another salon, a friend recommended I try Headlines and I'm so happy I did! All the staff there are super friendly and professional. Maria managed to get my hair from a totally uneven blonde with overgrown roots to a much more even, beautiful blonde! John did my haircut and fixed the botched job the previous salon did and it looks and feels a million times better. I can't say enough good things about them and I highly recommend going there! Absolutely amazing salon! I came in and told them I was in desperate need for my roots to be done not only did they make time for me but they also squeezed in a blow dry right after my colour. My shampoo was amazing and my colour and blow dry look fantastic! I wish I lived closer so I could always come here. I highly recommend this place

*Would Reccomend* John and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. They always do a great job and get you the style you're looking for, even when you have a hard time describing what that is. You get the full treatment at a reasonable price with excellent results! Be sure to make an appointment well in advance as they are usually booked full week-of.

This is a great salon. While vacationing at Niagara Falls one hot week in August, I decided to cut my hair off and do something completely different. John did an amazing job! He's a true artist and it's obvious that he loves what he does. I love the cut he gave me, and I get SO many compliments on it. I wish I could have taken him home to Michigan with me!! Thank you, again, John. I'm sorry it took so long to post this review. I'll definitely come in need of a haircut if I make it back that way. :)

Best Hair Salon in Niagara Falls. Its deserve more than 5 star rating. I am been going here more than 6 years now. John and his staff is always very warm welcoming. I am huge fan of Franny. To be honest,I am very very sensitive towards my hair. For me its huge deal on trusting hairdresser. But Franny from Headline never disappoints me. I live in Toronto but I never mind to travel to get my haircut. She dose amazing job.She is super fast,friendly, very accommodating and reliable. She has great recommendations and best part is she listens to you ideas and give her input. I always love to visit her.
