When up to the person at the door and simply asked "it would be to make an appointment" thinking he would let me know more details and the guy simply said "No". I said "No?" wondering why and he answered again with "No". Very cold and really unprofessional. It would of been nice to have more details as to why No. And building a strong clientele ain't that way even if you can't or don't want to take newer clients.
