The salon is very friendly. The cut was by far the worst cut of my life. If I could rate this zero, I would. The layers are all over the place. I asked to cut 2 to 2 1/2 inches to remove the damaged hair. My top layer was chopped all over the place as if a child took scissors to my hair.. It’s shorter than I asked. I will now have to go to another salon to get it fixed!!! And what is worst is that I will have to cut my hair short. I had long hair. I didn’t want short hair! I’m beyond upset. This was my first time at the salon because of the reviews but never again! I want my money back.
