I asked if I could explain in english because my french isn't great and they said yeah but as soon as I switched to english they hung up on me. They did the same thing to me a couple years ago too but for some reason I tried again. Haircuts from here are decent though, average I guess, but they also use cheap products.

La professeur supervisait son travail en tout temps et apportait son opinion. Bref, wow pour 8$ j'ai eu une coupe parfaite! Très satisfaite du résultat et service. Peu être que c'était un coup de chance mais une chose est sure que même dans un salon de luxe il y a des coiffeurs ''d'expérience'' qui ne savent clairement pas ce qu'ils font. Je parle par expérience car j'ai déjà payé plus de 50$ pour une coupe dans un salon renommé puis j'ai été très très déçue du résultat et service à la clientèle.

I had a terrible expererince last week with this salon. I Paid $140 for Hair botax, done by student . From day 1 i realized that it is not like any other hair botax that i have had done previously. The manager didnt act responsible and reacteted with a kind of attitude ; like you paid only $140 and you dont deserve a good service for the money. Never try this salon or you will regret that. I tried many times to call the salon within the first 7 days after the service, but for some unknown reasons nobody answers my calls and they ignored my voice messages

Tout le long de la séance, la coiffeuse ne parlait pas vraiment ,des fois elle partait pour des longues periodes. L'atmosphère était un peu sec. Malgré ça je me suis dis qu'elle devait surement ce concentrer. Une fois fini, mes cheveux étaient d'un ton de chantain... C'était très loin d'être le blond qu'on avait décidé sur. Elle m'a tout simplement dit que c'est ainsi que la couleur a pris sur mes cheveux... et qu'elle n'y peut rien. Elle m'avait dit que j'aurai la couleur que je voulais. Comme si ce n'était pas assez, la coiffeuse m'a dit qu'elle n'a pas le temps et qu'elle a d'autre client, et m'a demander de me sécher les cheveux moi-même. Je suis repartie après une semaine car la couleur ne semblait pas palir et j'ai expliquer ma situation a la receptioniste (personne en charge) et elle me dit que c'est normal et que ça prend 2 séances. Elle m'a proposé de me schéduler un autre rendez-vous et m'a dit qu'on va vous charger pour le deuxième aussi. Il y avait un manque de délicatesse. À cause d'eux mes cheveux était sec, brissé et d'une couleure que je n'aimais pas et ils pensaient vraiment que j'allais revenir chez eux, surtout qu'ils n'ont pas pris la responsabilité pour l'erreur de l'une de leur coiffeuse. Aussi , avant ce foirage de teinture, j'étais aller pour une coupe. La madame qui m'a coupé les cheveux m'a dit qu'elle gradué le lendemin ainsi je me suis dis qu'elle doit être douée. J'avais les cheveux long jusqu'au nombril et je lui ai demander de me couper 2 pouces coupe carré. Elle coupait mes cheveux croche donc sa supérieur continuait de lui dire de mieux couper et droit...elle continuait à fixer mes cheveux sans se préoccuper du fait que je voulais garder la longueur... donc je me suis retrouvée avec les cheveux courts jusqu'à mes épaules... J'ai quand même payer pour le service qu'elle m'a fourni malgré son manque de professionnalisme. Sauvez votre argent et aller quelque part ou les employés essaient de faire leur mieux pour arriver au résultat que vous desirez.
