Beautiful salon, really lovely staff. Unfortunately made a mess of my thick wavy hair. Cut way too short in the front, very thick shelf like layers. Really outdated style. Super nice people but not good with thick hair. This will take months to grow out :(

The color dyed out is completely different from the selected one and they blamed me for not clarifying. I took the picture of the selected color and saved it and they don’t admit at all. Very bad experience. Super expensive and not worth it. Very bad customer service. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!! I’m expressing my personal experience and I didn’t feel any respect after consulting with the customer service. You are just denying that u didn’t dye the correct color. I double-checked with the hair stylist for the color and we agreed on one color, but it turns out that it’s a totally different color. And you blamed your customer for all that??? I’m writing with solid proof and I didn’t fake a word.

Hey, IN salon team, here are some recommendations to you: I will never recommend your service - if there are some minor-star level, I will not hesitate to “award” you a “-5 stars”. 1st. Your client told you thousands of times: please make the hair thinner; however the stylist cut off the hair in the middle - careless?? Or he cannot distinguish the difference between “thin” and “cut”? 2nd. Who gives you the confidence to charge 70 CAD(before tip) for that inferior level of service(wash and cut only)? I need to pay 60 CAD for using several drops of shampoo(branded by IN salon)? To be honest: your cut service is worth less than 10 CAD. Finally, how dare you still promote your “membership card” to us after delivering such “awesome” services and UX? It has nothing to do with the price. Let me be more straightforward: the stylist’s haircut skill is horrible, or he may not really care about the “hair-cut” demand (I saw how that stylist cut the hair: directly cut-off; no layers decorations at all; the whole cutting process was about 15 - 20 mins). No matter what, the hair had been cut off, there is no space for regret; it’s not repairable. First time, shame on you; second time, shame on me!
