Few days ago I went to this salon to do a haircut. When I entered there was no one in the front register so I waited when someone was gonna come to me . The blond woman , probably manager was sitting in the chair and looking at me for 5 minutes before she decided to come and talk to me ( I thought that she was a costumer because she just sat there and looked at me ) and then she asked me if I wanted haircut on dry or wet hair .. I left the salon without doing my haircut . so unprofessional and impolite , I don’t even know how she is working there , she doesn’t seem happy with her job . If I could put 0 stars I would.

Weirdest haircut experience ever. My hair is naturally wavy. Instead of wetting it before the cut, she straightened it. So when she cut it was all cute and pixy-like but when I washed them and they regained their natural waves it doesn't look nearly as cute. It's not a cut that fits my face unless I straighten it and I especially said I don't have time to do that in the morning. And apparently after a whole year of mask-wearing, they still don't know how to wear them properly. They're nice and all, but I don't think I'll be going back.

Affordable prices, extremely good quality work and lovely atmosphere! I have never had someone pay so much attention to my Needs and take the time to ensure I am 100% happy with my style! This place used to be good and now now it is extremely disorganized and bad. I asked for Adriana to do my hair because she really is the only good one but she was out that day and I decided to trust one of her employees. BAD IDEA. Whilst the haircut wasn't bad within itself (wasn't the best either but I wont complain since hair does grow back) I spent 5h in the salon getting a balayage and it came out looking nothing like what I had asked for. Its not blended properly and I look like a hardboiled egg cut in half. Don't get me wrong the hairstylist was very nice, but her Balayage work is terrible. She could've just told me she couldn't do it because that was 200$ Down the since I'm going to get it re-done at Blunt MTL in two weeks. She didn't even apply a shade of blonde that would suit me and my skin tone. It's yellow! (Yes, I use purple shampoo/conditioner.) I also asked her for face framing within the balayage and she didn't do that either so it looks like I have dark brown hair with yellow blonde tips. It does NOT look blended in, so once again DO NOT go there for anything other than a plain haircut, and even then after my dad and I's experience just avoid Hair World. I used to love that place and Adriana is a good hardworking woman it just sucks how her staff isn't good enough. Even my father who loved going to her had 2 bad haircuts the last two times he's been! They've lost two loyal clients. Furthermore, for evidence see pictures attached below: First pretty picture is what I asked for and the others are what I actually got. Terrible job. I cant even wear my hair down anymore because it looks so cheap and yellow!

I asked Aryana to give my son a fade after I asked another employee if she (Aryana) was experienced with fades and I was told that everyone there nee how to do them. She not only gave him a horrible, uneven fade but after asking her to fix it several times she got upset and frustrated and started blaming son for her bad work. She then proceeded to tell me "if you dont wanna pay dont pay, go to another stylist to fix it". I told her it was not about the money. I paid for the bad service and rude stylist. I also told her that was willing to pay again to have someone else fix her bad work, when she asked the other employees, no one wanted to touch my sons hair. I'll proably have to go pay another more competent, respectful stylist to fix this disaster. Ive gotten his hair cut by Vanessa who works there and it was perfect. So my issue is only with Aryana. I definitely do not recommend her for kids.

I hope Adrianna sees this in order to change. I have been going to her for a while in the past , however the quality has declined as she rushes all the time to cut hair. Absolute nightmare . Adriana cut my son's hair , did everything I asked her not to do and butchered him. I could have done way better myself and I have no experience whatsoever. In all honesty, without exaggerating, it looks as though my son got ahold of a pair of scissors and did it himself. I called to complain..she offered to fix it but I don't believe it's even fixable. Even if it were, how could I trust this person again? Extremely unhappy with the cut and her rushed haphazard service.
