I moved to the neighbourhood recently and I was looking for a barbershop around me. I came across this shop and I read the reviews and I was like, “ let me give it a try”. I explained to the barber, who I came to know that her name is Jenny, how exactly I want my hair cut. She didn’t just give me a hair cut, she gave me THE hair cut I needed. She exceeded all my expectations with her attention to details and proficiency. I highly recommend her shop. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed.

Went for a haircut and to change my hair colour, had a picture with me showing what kind of hair style I want... after 3 hours I was done ... terrible service, my hair colour was horrible ( after 3/4 washes colour went out) and my hair look like some bird nest! It’s horrible and I will never again go to this place and usually I don’t leave reviews but I had to do this one - she charged me more than it should be plus she ruined my hair!

I am new to the area and needed a cut so called yesterday to see if I could get in today. I have several other appointments today, doctor, car, and had taken a day off work to accomplish them all. I was thrilled when told I could be the first client at 9, and arrived early. It is now almost 920 and nobody is here yet. I know things happen, but am disappointed she didn’t call to let me know as she had called yesterday about the appointment.
