Been coming to this salon since last summer and overall very impressed by the quality of the cut I've been getting! Just got a haircut yesterday and Massimo was able to go above and beyond with what I was expecting! You guys rock!

I had the most wonderful experience here! I have scalp psoriasis and have been avoiding a hair cut for years because of the embarrassment. But I finally caved in wanting to get a nice hair cut, and came here because the reviews. Well I'm so glad I did, I told the stylist Nico and he completely understood. I also got the most fabulous hair cut I have ever gotten.

Honestly pretty disappointed with my experience here. Staff were all very friendly and nice but I feel I should have been told before we started that they’re not able to achieve the colour I want. I wanted pink and here’s what I got: Edit: Just a response to the comment below. I can totally understand what you are saying, but I did tell the stylist at the beginning of the appointment that I had box dye (which was actually a lightener, not a "dark colour" on my hair), and I just feel that at that point in time I should have been informed that the colour would not turn out as expected, but throughout the appointment she kept assuring me that it would still be a darkish pink, whereas it was pretty obvious that my hair turned out nowhere near pink. Only at the end did she explain why this happened, which felt more like an explanation after the fact. Again, overall, the experience I had was friendly and the staff were very attentive, but all I ask is for some transparency at the BEGINNING of the appointment for a service that cost almost half a grand. Thanks :)

Massimo is an absolute artist, and the salon's COVID protocols made me feel incredibly comfortable. I got a bonding treatment and blowout/flat iron, and Massimo was able to get my 3b textured curls pin straight, silky, and shiny. Will definitely be coming back!

I went to Chantelle today for my extensions as well as my partial after going to another salon for the last 10 years. The level of expertise was second to none. The most dramatic change I have seen to my hair in a LONG time. Being blonde, it’s hard to find someone to do it correctly and Chantelle exceeded my expectations and took her time making sure my hair goals were met. Great staff, beautiful venue and awesome team! I went to this location a couple months ago and was wowed by the experience I had! As soon as I walk in I’m taken care of. They take the time to get to know me and demonstrate teamwork and collaboration consistently. You can see in the team dynamic that it’s a great work culture. I can see that their boss Massimo cares about the development of his employees by taking the time to coach and manage the team and it shows in their work. My hair gets extremely dry and I was provided with great hair care solutions by Alexandra (one of his awesome employees) that fit my needs to a T!

Kristie gave me the best cut and colour I have had in years!! I needed a real change, and she delivered! And taught me a lot about my hair in the process. It’s so rare that a stylist looks at your reference photos, really listens to your comments and wishes, and then translates that onto your own unique head of hair, face shape, neck length, etc. I went here on a whim and because my usual salon was booked until the fall, but you might have won me over as a regular!

Had my hair cut/colored at the new Romeo location in DTK. Great place,very clean, staff is awesome and appreciate them being on time. I have curly hair and need a stylist that knows how to cut and style curly hair. I highly recommend Massimo- you will NOT be disappointed! Love my hair cut!!

It’s my second time getting my hair styled (hair colours and haircuts) by Laura !! She does amazing job everytime and I got so many compliments for my hair everyday! ???? If you natrually have a dark brown or black hair but wants to dye your hair to very bright blonde she is the one you should go to. She dyed my black asian hair to really bright silver blonde. She is very professional. She asks and consults me about the details of the hair and how I want my hair done to make sure that I exactly get the hair I want. She is also bubbly and friendly, it’s very pleasant to talk to her. I got the trendy wolf haircut from her today with the black and silver colour blocks (peakaboo hair colour). It looks amazing ???????????? I will definitely come back to get my hair done by Laura even if I move to Toronto. Thank you Laura ????

Hands down the best salon in Canada, service is magnificent, the quality of cut is like nothing I've ever experienced. The staff is friendly and professional that cater to each individual need. The salon is beautiful from floor to ceiling that creates an atmosphere of relaxation and elegance, providing a very high end salon experience. Every day I check my hairs if they are long enough just so I can return for another hair cut. If you haven’t tried them, I would highly recommend you do. There’s no better place for your hair care. A bonus is the Aveda products that they carry!

Just had my first cut here, and I gotta say, wow. These guys really know there stuff. I was seriously impressed. I so frequently find that when I get a haircut, within a few days I can already notice things that going to grow in poorly and make me want a another haircut soon, but after the cut I got from Jennifer, I have zero complaints.
