I’ve been going to LuxeAppeal since they first opened at the Tannery. I have had my hair cut by a number of different stylist during that time and have never gotten a bad haircut. The ownership is amazing and I look forward to visiting the salon for a haircut. They sell possibly the best men’s hair product on the market with Kevin Murphy. Product price may seem high it last me 3 months. It ends up being cheaper than buying products elsewhere.

Love my new haircut by Bella at Luxe Appeal. It was my first time there and I presented a challenge for them (cut hair with an 8 month old present...aka undetermined time limit). She worked well under pressure and with the conditions given, although I don't plan on having to bring my kids when I get my hair cut again. The location is convenient, staff is friendly. I definitely recommend getting your hair done here.

The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were very professional. However on their website it states a cut and style is "$37+" which is false advertising. I assumed the "+" was tax or extras. To put just a "+" is ambiguous and should be explicitly defined on the site. It cost me $55 plus tax and varies based on stylist which is not stated anywhere on the website.

I have never had my hair professionally coloured before, and I wanted to go blonde. I saw Bella today, and I was blown away by the service. My hair turned out so well.What I loved most was how thorough Bella was while applying bleach to ensure everywhere was covered. On top of that the salon felt welcoming, and everyone was so kind. 10/10 experience, would recommend!

I like this salon. It's right near work, everyone is nice, everyone is friendly, the experience is great, and the barbers are great to talk to. I have had my hair cut here a few times and the last few times I have not gotten the best haircut. I have had to go home and get my wife to shave the back of my head and side of my neck because there are long hairs there. Last time I had to go back to the salon because the top of my head was not cut correctly and people were mentioning it to me. The cost for a haircut here for men is 30$ and my cuts are just buzz cuts so I do not feel like I am being unreasonable.

As a guy who grows his hair long, I don't get a cut very often so I can't afford the time to try a lot of new salons. That's why I appreciate this place - I see Tanner and she always does an excellent job, across the years and both the "short" (for me) and long hairstyles I have. My wife sees Chanel and always enjoys showing off the undercuts she gets. The stylists are sensitive to now chatty you want to be, which I appreciate. Competitively priced as well!

I've had the good fortune to get cut and color by Chanel and Mark - they are both excellent. On my recent visit I went in a slightly different direction with my cut and Chanel did a fantastic job. Thank you! There is parking reserved for patrons, and the atmosphere is really fun and relaxing. I wish I lived closer so I could take care of all my hair needs here.

Mark and his team at Luxe Appeal are fantastic. They did my hair for my wedding as well as my bridesmaids and they did everything in their power to make sure 1) we got exactly what we asked for, and 2) we had a great time. He even provided a fruit tray and some other treats for us to munch on while we all had our hair done. Everyone is super friendly as well and again, like I said, you never leave disappointed!

Chanel has been cutting my hair for just over a year and a half. She is amazing. My hair is super fine but she cuts and style to make it look like it's full of volume. I really appreciate how she takes the time to show me how to style on my own so I can try to replicate (albeit not as well as she does), the salon look at home. I'm so glad that they're able to remain open during the pandemic. Their COVID-19 protocols make you feel really safe and they take it very seriously.

I am quite unsatisfied with the service provided here. I came to this salon with hopes of achieving a colour and my hair looks no where like how I wanted it. I came in for a consultation and showed the stylist the colour that I wanted. She quoted me 290 for the hair and that she could get that color for me with a balayage (total for my hair Came to $370). I typically go to salons and spend 150-200 to get highlights but I really wanted my hair to be done one colour and to stand out. So I thought okay ill go somewhere more higher end and pay more to get it to the colour I want. I currently had blond hair with grown out roots and faded brown underneath wanted to change my colour to a icy silver grey. My hair took 5 hours to do and my hair came out 4 different colours.. dark brown from my roots, dark ash shadow root, light ash blond, and then yellow underneath. Nothing was even icy grey. I called the salon the next day to let them know that I was not satisfied with the colour I got. The owner told me to come in for an appointment after seeing photos that he did notice the yellow underneath looked like neon yellow in comparison to the ash blond. When I came in for my appointment the owner looked at my hair and basically told me that there is nothing they can do to lighten the bottom as if they toned it then it would tone the white parts of my hair green. He said that they could go in and rebleach my hair but that would cost more money for product and his stylists time. I paid $370 with product and tax/tip for him to tell me I had to pay more to get my hair to be an even colour?? That doesn’t even make sense. The owner went on to tell me that for the hair that I wanted he would have quoted me $800 or even $1500? Where in the world would you go to spend $1500 on your hair. Pretty sure a Kardashian wouldn’t even pay that much to get their hair done. I showed him the colour I wanted and he told me that he could do that colour with an Instagram filter. Ok super professional, Your stylists should have never quoted me that amount at my consultation and left me with the confidence and impression that this is the hair I was going to get and not provide the service. After hearing multiple excuses at the appointment another stylist suggested to do a shampoo cocktail. The stylist did the cocktail and took out the shadow root as well and striped the colour of the toner. So now I am left with brassy brownish blond from my roots to where the balayage started to yellow. White blond in the middle of my hair where my layered ends are and dark yellow underneath. Lovely colouring left me feeling like I have clown hair. If you someone like me who wanted icy blond hair don’t waste your time here. Its ridiculous to spend that much money somewhere and have to wear your hair in a ponytail everyday. I will now have to spend another 150-200 for someone else to correct my hair and actually make the colour look normal... .... also kind of funny when you right a truthful review and within 4 hours 7 reviews come up saying how great the service is here. The stylist did her job and does a good job at what she does but should have never let someone leave with the colour that was done. Stand by your word and fix it. The owner should stand by the quality of service here and ensure every customer leaves happy with the amount they spend here.
