I have fine very curly hair and for the first time someone cut it paying attention to individual curls and how my hair actually shrinks instead of simply combing it down and cutting! Met Demitrik when he was 18 and just starting his journey in hairstyling. It’s now 9 years later and decided to give both him and the salon a try after bumping into him on several occasions over the last 2 years. Due to my autoimmune disease and some serious health issues I was seeking an organic and non toxic local salon, after reading the google reviews and recognizing Demitrik’s profile I decided to give it a try. Rarely have I had the ability to walk out of a salon really loving everything the stylist did. Today I had highlights and a cut which of course includes a blow out. I LOVE the colour of the highlights, the application of them. The cut and shape of my style and Demitrik styled my hair the way I enjoy wearing it. Basically he hit a home run. I’m in my 50s and have had my hair done by a variety of stylists over the years and I can only recall one other person who was able to deliver in all areas of my service. I highly recommend this salon to anyone concerned about toxins but don’t want to compromise on the quality of the results. This salon is a gem. Staff are welcoming and truly listen to your needs showing a genuine interest in you and your hair! Bravo

She also makes an effort to ask questions to get to know her clients. The salon has a great atmosphere and is clean and tidy. They offer hot drinks prior to your service (I got a latte)! I loved my haircut and style. I will be back, and I would definitely schedule another appointment with Shalyn. A+

Clique is by far the best salon I have been to, around the world. Demitrik has been cutting my hair for 4 years, and is the first stylist I have ever been fully devoted to. He works hard to get my colour and cut perfect, and I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. Demitrik has been my stylist for two years now and he's someone that I would travel to even if I didn't live locally, he's incredibly gifted at what he does. Great cut and customer service - however, I made an appointment for a full wash, cut, treatment, and scalp massage but didn’t really get a scalp massage at all. That was the only thing that was a little disappointing. Would recommend otherwise!

I don't often write reviews about getting a haircut, but perhaps it is because I have never had one this good. Despite showing up at 20 after closing, Demitric made some space for me. I had the meeting of my life coming up, and with little more than "make me look like a million bucks" he went to work. He was gentle, quick, attentive, humourous and gave me an amazing pep talk for my upcoming meeting. The result was far beyond anything I had expected. I look better than I have probably ever looked, and can say firmly I will not be going to another salon as long as I live in KW. Dimitric, you are the man. Thanks again!

By far the BEST hair salon out there!!!! I started goingto Clique almost 2 years ago and I see Demitrik who is incredibly talented! I had my first experience at this salon last week. From the moment you walk in you are treated like family and everyone is very warm and welcoming! I have been going to Clique for a few months now and my hairdresser is Monika. I started with root touchups first, then highlights, then lastly haircut. When you have very curly hair and it's thick and unruly you are scared to go a new place simply because every other place falls short of expectations. There have been many times that my hair looked like a disaster afterward but this place is a godsend and I really wished I had found this place earlier. Their products they use to dye my hair actually leaves my hair healthier afterward. My haircut with Monika has been the best haircut I have ever received. I can leave my hair down with no hairspray, nothing. Just leave in, curl definer and I'm done. All the curlies out there will know what I'm talking about lol. I visited the salon when I decided to color my hair for the first time, just about 2 years ago. Monika is wonderful, she's very good at her job, she's kind, friendly and listens to what the client has to say. Whenever I have concerns or questions, she's quick to offer an answer and a solution if needed. Demetrik is excellent too, he's very good and super friendly. He's always happy :) On top of this, all their products are organics which is so much better for everyone, staff and clients... and the environment of course! My hairdresser was great, she asked a lot of questions and took the time to know my routine, hair issues, etc. I cut off a decent amount of hair and got a short haircut and loved it! Walked out feeling super stylish. The prices are very reasonable and she explained the products she was using on me and why they'd be good for me, but was not pushy and did not make me feel uncomfortable like in other salons. Will be back for sure.

Clique Salon is really clean, comfortable and staff are very welcoming. I am not from the Waterloo area, and it can be hard to find a hairstylist that you like. Monika has cut, coloured, and styled my hair and I could not have been happier with the result. I have recommended Clique to others and will continue to do so. I have gone to Kinga for manicures - she does a great job and the salon has an amazing selection of nail polish. Everything is priced well and products are awesome. No one pushes you to buy anything but they are all willing to answer questions and give advise regarding products/nail/hair care. I've been to quite a few salons in Kitchener before finding Clique and I cannot be happier that I found this place!

Amazing experience! First off I want to give a shout out to all the staff, they are genuinely interested in your needs, interests and personal lifestyle. The communicate extremely well with you and staff to make your time there worth it. First, you walk in, they greet you and ask if you want any liquids. Secondly, they develop a past and present understand of your hair, so they treat your with the correct products. By the way their products are amazing, leaves the hair with a soft gloss and the ends of your hair so smooth, as well their products smell amazing! Thirdly, they weigh the colour powder they are putting into your hair. They have scales to measure the exact toner, colour, etc. It is stored in their profile system, so if in a couple months from now, you want the same or want to tweak it a little they can adjust it according. Finally, I apparently came on the best day! We were entertained by Christmas carollers, it was definitely a funny experience! Anyways, highly, highly, highly recommend you to book with Clique, so reasonably priced too!

After researching client testimonials and viewing their website and Instagram accounts, it was obvious to me that this is a group of highly talented stylists. I knew that the look I wanted was not going to be an easy one to achieve so I wanted to go to the best, and decided to book an appointment at Clique with Master Stylist, Monika. I’m in my early 40s but my hair is entirely grey and I have been box-dying it dark brown for years to hide my roots. So I asked Monika if she could give me a ‘silver transformation’ to match my grey roots so that I no longer have to dye my hair every other week. I was terrified to make such a huge change as I didn’t want to look much older than I am. Monika was so nice and I felt like I had known her for years even though it was our first appointment together. She took her time to explain the entire procedure to me step-by-step as we went along and she checked on me often to make sure I was comfortable during the long 10-hour process. I let Monika work her magic and voila! I absolutely LOVE my new hair! It’s stylish and youthful and I don’t feel older at all. And even though the process was very long and my hair was put through a lot, somehow it looks and feels healthier than it did before. I cannot say enough good things about Monika and her salon and staff! I’m so happy I found them and highly recommend their services.
