Amazing! Whitney was my stylist and she went over and above to explain to me what some of the terminology meant. I'm not really a Salon guy, but now I'm hooked! The owner Lina, is very welcoming and creates a comfortable atmosphere for anyone who walks in the door! All around an amazing experience. Thank you ladies!!

tldr; if you want a professional team of KW hair artists who are 100% fully dedicated to giving you the hair you dream of, come to artline salon. -- After lockdown ended, I was in search of a new local stylist to clean up my outgrown balayage. I found artline through some searches of colour experts in KW and managed to book a consultation with them. The price is on par/slightly higher than other salons, but you will can be assured that they will take their time and use all their efforts to make you a happy customer. My streaky, tangled and dull balayage was transformed into a platinum and smooth ash blonde after our 5-6 hour session. Mia and Brittany were very determined to have my hair become as close to the reference I had as much as they could. Their services did not end after our session as they were very helpful to educate me about aftercare and which products to use for my freshly lightened hair. I truly felt that I could depend on them and their amazing team for any hair related services in the future. I am already excited for my next appointment with them as being there was such a pleasurable experience! c:

I had my birthday on the 16th and I had dark brown hair and wanted to go bright blonde. I needed it done withing a week and they were hesitant but they took on the challenge! Mia did my hair and my GOD she did such a great job considering the time frame and how dark my hair was to start out. I am in love! They were also very knowledgeable and very sweet and fun to talk to the whole time. Very professional but also relaxed enough to not feel intimidated. So happy to have found my new go to hair salon. Didn't do anything close to what I wanted and wouldn't fix the damage afterwards. Paid a fortune for a hair colour I did not ask, that damaged my hair and that I did not like at all. Staff appeared lovely and talented but if you are looking for good customer service and a place to get a cut or colour with confidence this probably isn't the best place.

I have been an Artline customer for many years. Few salons rival the staff here for expertise in unique, contemporary hair design. Although if you lean towards traditional, they can do that just as beautifully. If there is a new technique available in the world of hair design, the staff at Artline have probably been there and done that. They use premium hair products for the best results and these products are available for sale to interested customers. It would be hard to find a better salon in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. The owner is an award winning stylist, who has won competitions all over the world. She mentors and personally trains many of her assistants--she also gives a great deal of her time in fund raisers/services to the community. When paying your bill keep in mind that some of your dollars goes back into community resources through wonderful programs that Artline supports. Just one more reason to choose Artline Salon...you're not just giving yourself a wonderful new look, you're encouraging new talent and helping our community thrive. Be it a new colour, haircut, manicure, facial, makeup application...drop by or phone them. You won't be disappointed.

I experienced amazing customer service and expertise at Artline today. After a not great experience at another salon, I popped in to see what someone at Artline might suggest for a future appointment. On the spot, I was taken in for a consultation and then the whole staff participated in correcting colour and cut problems from the other salon. Plus, they treated me like a queen. I've been seeing Tessa for a year now and she is so professional and incredibly talented. I'm not very good with hair, so it's wonderful to just tell her to do whatever she wants and know that I'm going to love it. The salon is always super clean and they really make the effort to make the clients feel welcome and at home.
