Because each member of the Beauty Collective is an independent professional in their own right (nurse injector, esthetician, hairstylist, colorist, etc.), you know that when you are receiving a service, their attention is focused solely on your service experience. One of the ways they achieve this level of service is custom booking! You connect (text, online booking etc.), directly with your chosen member of the collective for consultations and appointments. Not only does this mean you can plan your time more efficiently, it also means that when you arrive your experience won't be interrupted by the phone or your service professional being pulled away to assist an unplanned guest. Your time is yours!

She is very professional, friendly and beyond talented. My first time going to the loft I wasn’t greeted no one spoke to me, I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment and I had to wait for an extra probably 20 after my appointment time. Because it was my first time I didn’t really know what the protocol was, there’s no reception area and like I said no one greeted me and I stood near the entrance way/coffee bar for probably about 15 minutes while stylus looked at me but didn’t say anything to me. As soon as I got to my stylist the atmosphere got a little better but I felt very uncomfortable because of all the women that didn’t greet me and kept staring at me it was a very uncomfortable feeling and atmosphere to be in if it wasn’t for my stylist I would’ve probably left.
