This is a great place for a precise and professional haircut. Rosie does a great job every time. She is very good at what she does and very personable. If I could give 10 stars I would. The best salon in Kingston and the best prices. As a widow with children I can actually afford to get my hair done at Rose's salon and that makes me feel better knowing I'm not wasting my money like at an expensive salon. I finally found a salon where I know they care about me and the colours are AMAZING.. best colour I have ever had done.
