Despite my being a thoughtful client, Luce East and I got off to a difficult start. With mutual patience and cooperation, miscommunication was sorted out, culminating in what I believed to be a great local find. Recently though, miscommunication once again rose its ugly head when I was given an appointment and time when the Studio was actually closed. Should I take a hint? What gives?

This is by far the worst run hair salon i have ever been to, They cancell your appointments on you all the time and no one seems to care. There are lots of other hair salons in the area i would recommend going somewhere else

Staff were INCREDIBLY nice and super informative about every step of the process. Seriously good customer service. If you are socially anxious at all this is a great place to go, very comfortable and welcoming.

There were signs on the door telling customers to wait outside until someone could come help. I waited outside and saw a couple of employees standing around. They saw me. Two of them chose to stock supplies instead of coming to the door. The other one was helping a customer at the cash. At any time they could have come to the door but chose not to. I will never try going there again.
