Had my hair cut here twice, by Alyssa. She listened to what I want and delivered!! I am very impressed which doesn’t happen often especially with my hair. Great job! I’ll be back!!!

The last thing you want when you go to get a hair cut is your self confidence lowered. I walked in looking a bit rough post-workout in my yoga pants. One of the hair dressers named Destiny gave me a dirty look as I approached the desk. I shrugged it off as poor customer service. To top it off though, she refused to do my Olaplex treatment though I said I would tip her well which was totally unprofessional. This lead the other hairstylist there at the time Breanna to take her to the back to scold her rude behaviour. I overheard her say behaviour was unacceptable and that she made me feel uncomfortable. I totally appreciated her defending me like that, it was so nice! The only thing that could be improved here is hiring more people like her and less people who are rude and catty. My rating of this place is only low because of her. Although Breanna was busy, she took on my kindly took on my hair service and did a wonderful job. If you go here, go to Breanna instead. She's fun to talk to, knowledgable, very skilled and SWEET!
