I walked in with absolutely no idea what I wanted let alone what I needed. I just knew I needed a change. Haven't cut my hair in 4 years. Within a half hour, Mani gave me the most perfect hair cut I've had in 15 years. I have finally found my hair dresser. She gave me options, her professional advice on how and what to do, which seems normal, but no hair dresser has given me advice before. Thank you Mani, I really appreciated the amazing job you did! Hands down 5 out of 5!

I have been here twice. The first time Mani was nice so I went back eventhough she made me sit right in the middle of the last customers cut hair without sweeping. The second time Mani dyed my hair she kept going on about how much orange color there was in my hair. I am naturally a strawberry blond. She dyed my hair a light blonde with a greenish undertone that made my complextion look red. When I said I didn't like the color she offered to add highlights so I agreed. My hair is quite fine and she was hurrying. She broke a lot of my hair pulling it through the cap. The highlights were platinum blonde. It was ok but it didn't fix the fact that the main color did not suit me. She also cut my hair. She asked if I wanted layers ( plural) but she only put two lengths that hung terribly. I said it didn't look good so she said if I didn't like the cut I could come back and she would put in bangs. When I went to pay she charged me about $200. I still felt pressured to add a $20 tip by her actions. As the owner of the salon, this seemed uncalled for as she was not just an employee on an hourly rate. She hadn't told me that the highlights would cost me another dye cost over the main dye. I thought she was just offering to correct her error. Before paying, she also asked if I needed my brows waxed. My eyebrows are fine and well groomed and I don't wax them. The question just made me feel bad about myself and seemed like a grab for more money. Overall I was very unhappy.

This was the absolute worst hair experience I've ever had. I asked for a clean up of dead ends, I like layers and bangs cut to my eyes in length and she cut at least 3 inches off all of my layers, and cut my bangs straight across above my eyebrows. Maybe I should have been more specific, but felt it might look ok if I kept my mouth shut and let her do her thing. Plus once a few snips were made, lots of length was lost. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.
