Honestly probably the worst service i have ever received at a salon!!! Will definitely not be returning. Booked an appointment, and arrived at the salon exactly on time but was still forced to wait an extra ten minutes after the original time all because from what i could tell one stylist was too busy doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, while another stylist was working on a prior client. Just gonna save my money, and time by receiving services at a different salon from now on that is a little bit more professionally run.

Sherri is a doll and my son's fav hairdresser. He has been going to her forever since we moved to the Garden City area, definitely recommend her for men's cuts and perms. She definitely makes the ambience of the place a good and positive space.

worst place ever! people need better custmer service skills first off. second asked for a layer on my 10 year old and the lady took 40 minutes to an hour wasnt looking like layers so she textured most of it to just make it look like layers after almost an hour. they made my daughter cry because the lady didnt know how to dye the tips of my daughters hair back to blonde how she had it originally before the cut. she suggested it would look ugly if she did it and wanted to put big chunks of blonde underneath her hair instead. ended up leaving to go get it all fixed from our regular hair stylist who also fixed the haircut while laughing. this place was a joke. no wonder why it's a walk in service. beware of spending your money there.

I just left the salon and I am absolutely in love with my haircut and red hair! They are absolutely very friendly, talkative and welcoming staff. The environment is very comforting and chilled. I would definetly recommend this salon to anyone! I will definetly be going back and seeing Danyela again! Very impressed and feeling lovely! Great shop girls!!
