Went to get a haircut at 10:00 am, door was locked until just after 10:00 (hours state it was meant to be open at 9:30), and calls weren’t going through. Afterwards while I was getting my haircut I was informed I was a “no show” and a fee was charged, when I asked if it could be refunded they were very rude and refused to refund me. Got a good haircut but I won’t be returning if this is how they treat their clients. (Edit) The owner contacted me personally before replying to this review and asked me to remove it, I would also like to note that I was not refunded until after I contacted my bank

My personal experience as a first timer was definitely an experience that really makes me hope I can come back there again, and many times after that !! Cary's the sweetest, and gave great recommendations about what to do with my hair when I was unsure. Normally, it's kinda difficult for me when it comes to talking to other people I don't really know about different things. With Cary, and at her salon it just felt more natural and really the appointment felt like a relaxed break from everything going on. Not to mention by the end of the appt., I LOVED her work, and my hair when she was done. Literally what are you waiting for stop reading reviews and book now !! they're amazing and by far my favs <3 10 / 10

Cary is a great stylist. She listened to what I wanted and let me know what my hair could take. Cary had some solutions for my hair (I have damage and thinning hair). She then tried two different products in my hair (one on the right side/on on the left side) to see which product would give me the look I wanted. Cary is patient, knowledgeable and a great stylist. I got a lot of complements on my hair.

I got my hair treatment and haircut recently during Phase II of CoVid. Not only did Cary do an amazing job treating my hair, but she also showed her professional care for my safety. She placed an eye shield attaching to my forehead, and she was wearing a face mask the whole time to ensure my safety. I went to see Caridad on March 13 2020 prior to COVID,....the dread COVID! The cut and color I got from her that day has grown out with grace. Most people ask me how did I get a cut and color done during COVID because my hair still looks fresh today and it's May 21 2020. Caridad is creative with her approach. She is easy to book with. Might I add she makes my eyebrows look FANTASTIC. If you want a cut and color that you will LOVE Caridad is your Gal. Thank you Caridad can't wait to come back in and see what you do next! Caridad also listens well to what you are looking for. PS the first picture is what Caridad had to work with when I arrived on March 13 2020! The last picture is today ! This will give you an idea of what I am talking about. I used a color saving Shampoo and Conditioner which was recommended by Caridad and It was worth every penny. So folks if you want color to last and stay looking nice you need to treat yourself and take care of your hair.

Both my teenage daughter and I booked early morning Saturday appointments. I love how Cary puts the attention on you while creating a relaxed environment. We had inspiration photos to assist with the haircuts and styles! She loved that we took the time to do this as it helps everyone! Cary exudes beauty in all that she does. It is not only a hair appointment but also time invested with a wonderful person. I recommend slowing down from a hectic day and rest a while in Cary's Chair. Walk away feeling like a Diva!!!!
