The staff is helpful and friendly and the store is very nice inside. Parking on the other hand is horrendous. The location of the store is in a strip mall that has very little parking access. Although there are tons of parking stalls the stalls are narrow and it is difficult to get inside a parking spot. Also because of the parking several of the stores in the strip mall have reserved spots for their store access only. So you may find a spot to park but you're not supposed to park there if you're not going to that location.

I've seen Heaven before she was at Evoluir, but man is she the best! This time we celebrated my service dog in training with nail art! Everyone was so happy when I brought my puppy in. Awesome team!

I had only been to one hair salon before and because they were all booked up, I called this salon which was close to home to see what they could do about my hair. I showed my hairdresser and exact picture of what i wanted and she somehow ended up making the top of my hair darker instead of lighter and turning my tips copper instead of blonde. When I told her it was darker then what I expected, I was told to 'go outside' and it would look lighter. I spent over $150 and foolishly left without expressing how truly unhappy I was. Definitely won't go back!!

I would never recommend this hair salon to anybody. My experience was completely horrible at this salon. And then to top it off management totally sucks. Do not go here.

Asked for long layered v cut. Looks like I gave a 3 year old Crayola scissors and said have fun. Had to sit on giant chunks of hair that were not mine and when done instead of showing me what it looked like from the back; she just walked away to the payment counter. Waste of $60.00 and so disappointed considering all the great reviews. I will definitely not be back or recommend.

I wish her and her family nothing but happiness. My new stylist Heaven did my nails today . A beautiful fall colo ur and a beautiful job. Heaven is a very nice friendly and talented young woman. Heaven gave me a foil transfer shellac mani today. Very pretty. New for new. I love it. Another great job by Heaven. Digi Teal blue. Just beautiful

I've been to many hair salons in my life, with some being good and some bad. Many hair stylists don't fully listen or don't try to clarify what the client is asking even after showing a picture. I was referred to Evolur by a friend. I needed a big hairstyle change. I was wanting about 12" shorter. I had seen Vanessa for the first time and explained what I wanted and even showed pictures thanks to Pinterest. She was amazing, I was nervous and she calmed me. I love her personslity and conversations. I had gone after, to my regular stylist for a trim and she shaped my hair completely wrong! Went back to Vanessa and I'm never leaving.

I don't normally provide reviews, but everyone has insisted after seeing the before/after of my hair that I should. So here is what happened: I went to get my hair done for a wedding 2 weeks ago. I have never been to this salon prior to that day. I did let the lady who curled my hair know that my hair is fine and hard to curl but my hair was in good condition. She curled my hair with a flatiron, used product, and sent me on my way. The next day when I washed my hair I noticed it didn’t feel the same and my hair was falling out in the shower. I went to the day-after wedding brunch and everyone was shocked – my hair up to my chin was so damaged it was beyond repair. It was a complete frizz ball / tangled (normally dries completely straight) and my ends were completely destroyed. My hair actually felt similar to horses hair and would stand completely straight up. The salon was closed on Sunday and Monday. I got a call on Wednesday (not Tuesday) from the owner letting me know that it couldn’t have been a flatiron that did this damage. Then I got another call from the lady who did my hair (her mother) a few hours later and the first thing she did was actually accused me of “trying to do this all the time to get my money back” and she never heard of excessive heat damage before. I was beyond shocked to be treated this way. In the end, I went to the salon that night to show them what happened – they didn’t care to look at it. They just gave me back my money “against their better judgement because they know they provided me a good service”. In the end, I had to get my hair cut shoulder length (approximately 8 inches), had to buy $100’s in product to repair my hair and still have extremely damaged hair but I wasn’t willing to cut it down to my chin. I still am blown away from the customer service I received and the lack of ownership from the salon. And unfortunately, still dealing with the aftermath of completely damaged hair. Luckily I have a year for it to grow before my own wedding. I included photos of my hair.
